Wrong game title in the headline and article. Modern Warfare 2 and Modern Warfare II are different games.

I would buy one... if it wasn't half the cost of an entire digital version PS5.

It doesn't need a remake/remaster. Just a 60fps patch that is literally TWO lines of code, and upscaling. People on modded PS4 Pro and PS5's can play 60fps. Plus 4k upscaling on the PS5, still at 60fps. There's really no excuse.

@KundaliniRising333 I can't understand why other people even liked your comment. There has been absolutely nothing stating that the other games are interactive "films" like The Dark Pictures. The ONLY thing announced that was similar was the live interactive series.

@Yupyupyup It's not a new story though so it doesn't matter. It looks like they kept the same game story-wise, but just updated the graphics and maybe some mechanics.

I hope Bloober isn't doing the new title. Most of their games are garbage.

You claim it's a "feel", but then why can people see the difference in say a YouTube video when they aren't even actually playing the game to "feel" it? You CAN see 30 vs 60 fps. @IndoorEnthusiast I'm about ready to just completely forget about the dumb program. Neither the Returnal or Death Stranding one will pop no matter how many times I've played them. Also, not a single one of the fighting games will pop regardless if downloaded or streaming.

@BritneyfR_ee Nah. I've had MANY items from Amazon arrive damaged or completely destroyed due to smaller items being placed in WAY overly large boxes with ZERO amount of padding inside so that the contents gets shaken around to high hell the entire time it's in transit.

@-Sigma- DualSense design is like a gift from God over the craptastic Xbox controllers for baby size hands. Feels 100x more comfortable, no cramping after 15 minutes, aligned sticks are tons better than the weird offset ones, and the d-pad is leaps and bounds better. @Reeneman Sony's stand alone 4K players have DV support. So do their televisions. Saying they don't want to invest in that is complete nonsense.

HDR10+ is barely used? Just for starters, the entire Amazon Prime HDR video catalog is in HDR10+.

I already paid over $500 for a SONY console that has a 4K Blu-ray player in it, why should I have to dish out several hundred more? They could do something as simple as make people that want it pay for a license. Just like how people can purchase a license for Dolby and DTS for headphones at a low cost. Xbox already has DV licensing so there's have no excuse on Microsofts end.

@theMEGAniggle I'm 50 yrs old. I've been gaming for over 40 years. I have a backlog of games dating back to who knows when. I have a closet full of old games and consoles, plus a Series X, Switch and gaming PC currently hooked up and in use. It just hasn't been a priority and I've been torn between selling it and keeping it. Not sure why it matters to anyone else anyway. I think I'll just keep it in the box for another few months. It's been several months already so a few more wont hurt. I have thousands of games at my disposal, I'm in no hurry.

I don't mind that I paid for the game and now it's free to play. But some of the things they did were a slap in the face to long time players. The removal of crowns for costumes was one, downgrading peoples Epic and Legendary items was another. Some of us worked hard to win games to FINALLY be able to have enough crowns to get that sweet Legendary. Now you can just buy them with real $$$. Sqad games are garbage now too. Sometimes you can play 20 games in a row before you make it past the first round because your teammate(s) are horrible. If you're THAT bad of a player, please play solo. No one wants you on their team.

@PaperAlien And? Big deal. The Nintendo focused site I frequent doesn't list multi platform games as "Coming to Switch!!!!", but leave out every other platform. It's misleading reporting. Who cares if it's PS based?

Why does the article not mention it's also going to be available on Xbox, Switch, and PC?

Been playing this since the original 2020 beta. Was excited for it to come to Switch but it runs like garbage compared to every other version. Crossplay should be disabled by default for Switch players as they have a pretty large disadvantage over other console and PC players due to the performance issues.

Imo the game has been a bit ruined now. They took away everyones crowns that were won by winning shows and gave them all pretty much worthless Kudos for them. Crows were used to to buy the more rare costumes. You had to WIN games to collect crowns to buy the cool stuff. Now its show bucks and actual $$$ for the stuff. They also downranked everyones rare, epic, and legendary items to uncommon sinec people can just buy them now when they show up in the store. Trying to win something like a duos game has now become a worthless mode to even play. I played 20 duos games in a row last night and not a single team member was able to qualify for the first round. If you're THAT bad at the game, please find something else to play.

It's great it's popular again & that more people can play it now. But a good amount of the F2P changes were a slap in the face to long time players and those that actually purchased the game.
