Gaming has to be perfect, 100% of the time. In no universe is any company allowed to foul, misstep, or release buggy games (and then fix them, per usual.)
It’s amazing to me to think of the number of people who do not have the slightest amount of free time to play a video game, yet we who have time to waste also have time to complain about our games, which waste our time.
Just enjoy the games, ignore the ones you aren’t into, some of you are acting like the release of CP2077 was a personal affront.
I've never heard of a Metal Gear Solid remake rumor, that would be amazing 'cause that old thing has aged so poorly. I have mixed feelings about it because of the death of the robot ninja, but it's understandable, in this case.
This isn’t a necessary purchase, but some tips from a ninjas perspective:
Wait the opponent out. There aren’t any OMG MUST HAVE games on the PS5 right now to warrant a purchase, and it plays all your PS4 games so if you still have your old console you aren’t missing anything.
By waiting them out, you miss inflated costs and hurt the scalpers. A true ninja must exercise calm and patience in these circumstances, instead of compulsively trying to get the console.
Next year, it will be easy to get, and anybody that got it through a scalper will kick themselves for paying extra.
@Jimmer-jammer Is Nioh really that good? I've never tried it myself because it lacks so much in personality/polish, but if it's a fun game, even a Ninja can set aside his animosity for Samurai for a moment to play.
Yikes, that is some awful design. Hopefully that's a proof of concept, and not a final, it looks terrible. Oooh, it's an archer, put a bunch of triangles on it because he has arrows. : ( It's also strange that he's looking at the "camera" rather than where he is shooting.
@Arnna I highly doubt that there is an alt right group shutting people down in the name of a PS2/-shaped PS5. The truth is that this is a group of people that think having a tantrum will cause them to get their way, it’s literally nothing to do with identity politics! Just childishness that’s got severely out of hand.
@GADG3Tx87 The difference between the simpler times and now, is that news spreads like wildfire. Back in the day, stupid people were kinda isolated to wherever they lived, so the larger population didn’t have to hear about it. Trouble is, the stupid has been going on for generations yet somehow, we keep making it. Don’t worry!
Of course it's worth it, the system is still very relevant and has a large player-base for multiplayer, it's cheaper than the expensive PS5, and of course, it's got a huge library of games.
@stinkyx I always found the quality of fighting games to be better from earlier generations. It’s hard when you’ve been spoiled on stuff like 3rd Strike or KOF Ultimate Match.
These days it’s more about how to divvy up the season passes. All the early adopters for SFV, for example, paid close to $200 after all the DLCs and base game. Then of course they slap you in the face if you are an early adopter and sell the Champion edition for $25.
That’s mainly the stance I’m coming from, I’m sure this game is fine, just curious to see how they handle the additional content that really should be there from the start.
It will be interesting to see how they address any single player content, and how many season passes they release. I know that making fighting games is very taxing on the animators but I miss the good old days of complete packages.
@SegaBlueSky I remember when KOF was the standard, graphically they seem to be getting left behind. I’m still having a blast playing the older entries, anyway.

Re: This PS1 Era Bloodborne Demake Is the Real Deal
Oh man, I adore this! Hopefully it sees a sneaky-ninja-stealth release.
There was a Mega Man 2 Atari Demake for PC that's free and easy to find. It's excellent, and actually makes a few clever, slight gameplay changes.

@nessisonett Benimaru might as well be Ryu when compared to Voldo or something.
