You know if you have the PS4 in standby you can purchase the game on the store via a browser or app and have it downloaded for when you get in from work.

What is the justification for the increase? Are we getting a better service, more servers online? We are forced to use this subscription to go online with games so what benefits are we getting. The quality of the Plus games has been hit and miss for ages and only recently have we had some better titles come through.
PS Now would have been a nice addition.
I will still subscribe as I enjoy gaming with my mates but this seems too steep. PS3 had free online play and now we are charged. The PSN had better reflect this increase with a better service. Microsoft are probably chuckling to themselves right now...

@Feena There's a Season 3? Lmao!! This game is just a joke now and such a shadow of the original games. I can't believe you have to pay each year to gain access to characters. It's so painful to read. What ever happened to playing through the game to unlock these? I guess I'm just that old school, I'm afraid.

I do think our own expectations will generally lead to disappointment although the developers/publishers also have their own part to play with this too by what they promise and also fail to deliver at times.
The last E3 was certainly a great one and expecting the "Bigger,Better!" to happen each year is just not possible.
In the end all of the gamers win and I'm certainly looking forward to a few titles coming our way.

Great sounding console but huge price tag. I have a 55" Sony Bravia, PS4 (original) and a pre-owned Xbox One.
I'll eventually get a 4K TV when the current one gives up the ghost as the prices for these TVs have dropped now. I will also grab a PS4 Pro when that coughs it's final fan spin as it sounds ridiculous now.
I only have the Xbox to play exclusives that I can't get for the PS4 (Halo, Gears and Forza) so the Xbox X will only be on my radar if in a future sale or pre-owned. I just don't need it, really and it's only a luxury buy, really.

Wow! Now that's my kinda shooter! I've got the originals on the PS4 and haven't played either yet. On the top of my pile now.

My friends and I were so addicted to playing Battlefield: Bad Company 2 online that the outage actually allowed us to play our other games on the PS3. I believe I finally got around to play Mass Effect 2, if my memory serves me right. Once the outage was over, back we were....

I'm disappointed to see how this game seems to have turned out. I'm sure it will get patched but I'm really glad I didn't Pre-order this. Future purchase but in a deal only.
@ShogunRok What's the co-op like in the game? Is it story based or just all Multiplayer?

Jumped back on this last night, strangely enough. Enjoying the Iron Banner currently and will watch the announcements closely. I really hope they will listen to all of the feedback since the release of the first game and get it right this time...and not listen to Activision.

@WanderingBullett I know but it doesn't really matter in movies where people come from these days. It could even be mentioned in the plot. Just think the role would be better suited to a younger martial artist and Iko Kuwais seems to be at his peak.

The lead from the Raid movies would be even better. Donnie is getting on a bit now.

I'm also recovering from a hang over, all due to knocking back shots when on the losing side in Vs matches on Overcooked. Hilarious chaos! Now aiming to finish off Deus Ex - Mankind Divided as I'm right at the end.

I kept getting this game mixed up with Nioh. Like the look of both games but I'll only get them discounted as pile of shame is big enough already!

I'm up for any decent horror game that can capture the spirit of that P.T. Demo. There seems to be many in the pipeline.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. Took me a while to get into it but after a short break, I'm 'aug' for it....sorry.

Tweak the shortcut menu so that you can also leave a party as currently it's the one option that seems to be missing, instead you go to the shortcut and it still takes you to the actual party menu via another pop up menu.

FFXII, Mass Effect and Red Dead 2 with Resi 7 looking great as well. Too many to choose from really....
