I'm so happy about this. My brother (Xbox) and I (Playstation) are playing this together and having a blast. Long may this cross-platform cooperation continue.
I'm so excited for this! 'Lies of P' is so damn good. They've been quiet on that DLC for a while, I expected it'd be pushed into 2025. Hyped for that survival horror project too.
After trying and failing to get into 'Mass Effect: Andromeda' (for the third time), I finished getting the platinums for the Legacy Collection instead this weekend.
I've finally gotten into Cyberpunk 2077, so I'll be playing that. Taking down bad guys, cruising down Jig-Jig Street, driving badly while shoveling augments into myself like nobody's business.
@kyleforrester87 it's all good, more Dead Space will always be welcome. I just think it would be a missed opportunity, if they didn't choose to deviate a little.
My hope was that the remake was the beginning of a new series of games, that deviate from the brethren moons storyline of the originals. Take it in a different direction guys.
I'm replaying Witcher 3 on death march. Drinking copious amounts of coffee and getting down to witcher business. Knocking the blocks off of monsters with a rapid heartbeat.
I'm having another profanity-laden crack at 'A Plague Tale,' trying to get the hang of that frickin' sling that Amicia insists on using. Je n'aime pas les rats.
It never should have been a trilogy, the reaper war was wrapped up far too quickly. Mass Effect 3 should have been the start of the invasion, and then followed by at least one more, to allow for galactic misery to take hold. Think Marvel's 'Infinity War' and 'Endgame.' But whatever, it was what it was.
I'll be getting pretty hot & heavy into Mass Effect this weekend, as I started the fantastic Legacy Collection. Apart from that, I might break it up by sending Sony Santa Monica a few spicy pics, just to keep them on their toes. I jest, of course. Hopefully, they're all relaxing after a stressful week.
I enjoyed every minute of my 200+ hours with the game, and I really hope there's DLC planned. I didn't think they would ever make something as good as Bloodborne, but here we are. Honestly, at this point, their best game just comes down to personal preference.
I've gotten back into Dark Souls 2. I'm peacefully traipsing around Drangleic, after my battle with the b******-hard Fume Knight. One DLC down, Crown of the Sunken King calls!
I believe that it will come out this year... That is, until the inevitable delay announcement comes. Personally, I wouldn't mind if it was delayed. These cross-gen games could all benefit from a little more time in the oven.
After spending over two hundred hours immersed in the glorious world of Elden Ring, I have no idea what to move on to next. When's the DLC coming out? In the meantime, I might invest in a stress ball.
I'm having a torrid love affair with the majestic Elden Ring. I'll be spending my gaming time this weekend searching for a good weapon, that scales with faith.
I'm playing Demon's Souls and trying to make a good mage build. By the time I run into the harder bosses, I want to be flinging spells around like a drunk Harry Potter.
Come on, guys! They're only video games. Let's get back to when the comments section was fun. Where are the colourful characters like @playstation1995? Hey, word up son?
I'm playing 'Days Gone' on my PS5, and it sure does look pretty. But after that first cutscene that sets up the game, I feel it should be called 'Divorce.'
I'm cautiously optimistic about this. Eidos-Montréal are a good studio, but their lip-syncing animation is never good. Seriously, some higher-up who works there must've hired their cousin or something.

I'm looking forward to watching the console war bitterness fade over time.

Re: Reaction: Helldivers 2 on Xbox Signals Another Unexpected But Not Overly Surprising Shift in Strategy from Sony
This is great to see. Hopefully, we're one small step closer to not having to buy multiple consoles every generation.
Re: Sony Buffed PS5's Wishlist, But It's Been Broken for Weeks Now
Adding more than 100 games? I don't think my wishlist has ever got to double digits.
Re: Shadow of Mordor's Nemesis System Created to Combat the Used Games Market
There are so many potential games that could benefit from that system.
Imagine it in an Arkham game! It seems tailor-made for Batman. It was rumoured to show up again in that cancelled Wonder Woman game of all places.
WB should never have been allowed to restrict use of a great feature like that. They've done nothing with it.
Re: Mailbox: The Joy of Astro Bot, Ciri in The Witcher 4, and Terrible Trophy Lists
Great job with the mailbox.
I can't wait for a Ciri-led Witcher 4. Love the books and the previous games, I'm excited to see what CDPR come up with.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 563
I'm disgusted with myself but I've started a new game of Skyrim again.
You know what? Don't you judge me, it's broken but I love it.
Re: Helldivers 2's Creative Director's Latest Comments Have Landed Him in Hot Water
Pilestedt replied: “If it doesn’t add to the game experience, it detracts. And games should be a pure pursuit of amazing moments.”
A valid point. It's fine.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 560
Better late than never: My brother and I are trying out Helldivers 2 for the first time, and it's pretty damn good.
Spreading some festive democracy throughout the galaxy!

Here's hoping the next Mass Effect is a banger.

Re: New Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Patch Is Out Now, Focuses on Bug Fixes
I'm waiting for that first discount to hit before I play it. I've gotten into the habit of only buying games when they're on sale.
Re: Poll: Did You Enjoy the Diablo 4 Beta?
To be honest, it just made me want to replay Diablo 3.

I'm playing co-op in Elden Ring, trying to repay the community that came to my aid more than a few times. Just don't let me solo her!
Re: Assassin's Creed Mirage Images Have Leaked, Reveal Pre-Order Mission
I just started Odyssey, when I'm only halfway through Valhalla. Not my best decision.

Re: Poll: Is PS Plus Premium Good Enough?
I play on everything, but In my opinion, it's pretty awful. There is no value in it. The cost doesn't justify the content being offered.

Stability update, my ass. It's probably Millhouse.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 425
@Mgene15 I enjoyed the 200+ hours I spent with Elden Ring. While I wait for DLC to drop, I might go back to Demon's Souls, or give Dark Souls 3 a try.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 425
@Mgene15 I've played Bloodborne, Dark Souls 1 & 2, then most recently Elden Ring. I honestly cannot choose between them. What about yourself?

I'm the scourge of optional bosses in Limgrave, but I haven't even fought Margit yet. I'm going slow, and savouring this masterpiece.
Re: Talking Point: What PS Plus Games for PS5, PS4 in March 2022 Do You Want?
I'm hoping for a FromSoft game and Alan Wake.
Re: PS Plus February 2022 PS5, PS4 Games Announced
Another month of meh. The game selection isn't the main attraction for me anymore anyway. SharePlay and cloud saving are all I really care about now.

So, this is why there hasn't been a free PS5 patch for either game?
