Potty-mouthed first-person shooter Bulletstorm will swear up a storm on the PlayStation 4, as the Brazilian games ratings board has listed the obscene slaughtering simulator for Sony's new-gen system. Dubbed the Full Clip Edition, the title will be published by Gearbox Software and developed by People Can Fly, after the Polish studio reacquired the rights to the franchise following its separation from Epic Games.
This game garnered critical acclaim for its arcade-based brutality, but its below-the-belt jokes and junior high writing left a lot to be desired. It's unclear what will be different in this version, but we'd expect spruced up visuals, while a batch of new gags may be too much to ask. Expect this to be announced imminently now that the, er, Pussyzilla's out of the bag, but try not to get too excited in the comments section while you wait.

I played this on the 360. I enjoyed it. Will definitely pick it up again on PS4, though probably not until it hits the sub-$20 range.
If I remember, my biggest issue was the weird control scheme. If that's been tweaked (or can be customized), this would be a fun game to revisit on a bargain.
A guy was just gushing to me about how great this game is, I'll stick with my PS3 copy.
Well we're never topping that headline are we?
This is awesome. I played it on PC and loved every second, even played it 2 or 3 times through. The story and everything weren't the best but the arcade shooting was certainly something special. Lets see how much this will cost because I'd love to play it again on PS4.
I can't imagine any future scenario in which I have enough free time to justify playing Bulletstorm again.
Quite enjoyed the guided bullets etc, may have a replay of it if dead cheap, but its another game that should arguably be left where it was...
paid £6 for my PS3 copy and it was a joy to play, rather have a sequel than a re-release though
YES!
Played an hour and never touched this awful mess since
I really enjoyed it on 360 and was hoping they would make a sequel. Kinda wish they still would.
Got it for 99 cents on ps3 I'll stick with that.
Wow! This is the news I've been waitin' for! I LOOOVED this game! This is one of those games, however ,that I thought ran great on last-gen hardware and doesn't really need a remaster. If they threw in an epilogue scenario or some additional single-player content, I may consider picking this up.
I'm also hopeful that this comes to PC, preferably free to those that already own the game, since it NO LONGER WORKS since MS's ill-fated Games For Windows Live servers went kaput. The dangers of digital / always-online gaming, people!
I loved the first one! It was fun and I like some not so serious games sometimes...
Anyway, I don't have time to play it again, but I hope it doesn't flop a second time
Seems like an odd one to remaster. Didn't really enjoy it last time round either but maybe I'll give it another crack! PS+ fodder in a couple years no doubt
I loved this game one of my top 10 on the PS3 hoped for a sequel though.
Never played this, but it looks interesting. Might get it.
Enjoyable game, but people seriously need to stop buying remasters/makes and spend their money on something new to send a message. This really is just a generation were it feels like game makers have run out of ideas.
Never played the original but heard good things. I would rather pay $20 for it than $40 for another lazy remake.
@JoeBlogs - Every game besides Mass Effect.
The first one was okay , no way I would pay full price for the remake who makes these decisions to remaster these games anyway?!
I thought this didn't sell well and yet they are making a remaster. Apparently they sold less then 1 mill according to Wikipedia. So I guess companies will remaster both good and bad at this point. As gamers are we so backward that we don't demand more then the half baked remasters this gen?
I suspect that if a new dev has acquired the rights, they are doing a quick re-release to gather some quick coin while they decide whether to engage as a franchise (or there is a sequel in active dev).
my question would be F*&**k why.
Single player campaign was short as well
Can we please stop remastering everything and you now actually release new games.
I enjoyed This game, but I won't buy it at full price.
RIP Wagleton .P. Tallylicker
its a good game i dont mind rebuying it at the 20$ range
