Ambitious indie title No Man's Sky was featured heavily in Sony's E3 press conference today, and with good reason - the game looks absolutely stunning. Showing off gorgeously diverse graphics, and a seamless open world, the new trailer was a real showstopper, and we can't wait to take the game for a ride on PlayStation 4.
After the trailer, one of the space-sim's developers sheepishly took to the stage to explain that due to the title's procedurally generated worlds, not even its creators know what could potentially be out there. Indeed, you'll apparently be able to fly off and explore every tiny little star you can spot in the distance. Oh, and did we mention that the game is being developed by a four person team. You read that correctly: just four people. Splutter.
Are you as excited for No Man's Sky as we are? Do you expect big things from this little indie? Blast off in the comments section below.

Dat The Cure quote.
Oh! My! GOD! this looks and sounds freaking amazing! still can't believe its only for dudes making this holy crap!
Something a lot of people missed too was that in this game, everyone starts off ON THEIR OWN PLANET. That means there's at least one planet for every single individual who takes this game for a run.
Absolutely mind-blowing.
Looks quite nice, but I'm not interested in mmogs. Hats off to a four person team though. Procedural generation does take some of the load away if I understand correctly.
This sounds amazing! I can't wait to play it. Plus I love the art style and the poetic title.
I was joking with my friend during the conference that it looked like Jurassic Park Meets Star Wars at first. Man, THAT would be a cool game!
Day one. Too much fun.
Game of the show by miles.
Amazing. Game of the Show, no question.
This looks amazing...
Yes, day one here
this game looked absolutely wonderful
@ThreadShadow I don't think this is an MMO. In fact, I've seen nothing that suggests this game even has multiplayer...
