The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Expands from 12th February

Fashionably late

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim’s long-overdue DLC will finally stumble onto the PlayStation 3 in North America this month. The first pack, Dragonborn, will arrive on 12th February, and will be followed by Hearthfire on 19th February and Dawnguard on 26th February. There’s no word on a European release just yet, but publisher Bethesda insists that it’s “working with Sony Europe to finalise certification for other territories”.

As previously promised, each pack will be available at a discounted price point for their first week on sale. Sadly, the company failed to provide any pricing information, so it’s not clear how much you’ll have to splash out when the content eventually does arrive. Assuming they don't break the bank, are you planning on picking up the add-ons? Let us know in the comments section below.

Update: According to Bethesda's PR boffin Pete Hines, both Dragonborn and Dawnguard will cost $19.99, while Hearthfire will set you back $4.99. As already mentioned, all three will be discounted by 50 per cent during their first week on sale.

I haven't gotten far enough in skyrim to need dlc. Maybe if there is some sort of additional ps+ discount that makes it a ridiculously good deal I will pick them up anyway.

Happy dance... :)

"Dragonborn and Dawnguard will cost $20, while Hearthfire will be available for $5. As we previously mentioned, all the PS3 DLC will be discounted by 50% for the first week that it's available."

According to IGN.

So you can get it all for $22.50 if you take advantage of the discount which I plan on doing.

Wow, sorry, EU... I've been waiting since shivering isles to see skyrim dlc! I haven't finished every side quest on purpose, cause I feel like its gonna be significantly different than vanilla. Even if its not, I know Bethesda has been doing $22.50 worth of work developing them for ps3, so they get my moolah. Mr. Deeds (pic) is gonna get a new house : D
