That's more than 6 people now, raiding team confirmed.

IF, of course Bungie doesn't go with 8 man raid team.

The Beta was really good, I'm digging the PvP A LOT, and I wasn't that much into PvP at all during D1. The casual playlist is a lot fairer than the current crucible playlists, and the competitive is what it says in the tin, bring a team together and play the sweat fest, but even that I enjoyed, even if I didn't have much time with it, it is obviously pointed at team work and communication.

PvE wise, it was a bit strange, supers need to be buffed and super energy from kills needs to be improved A LOT - good players should be rewarded for getting those kills but also the general super recharge rate needs a bump to see everybody gets a super before the end of the match, ideally within the last quarter of a match to get things interesting, scout rifles need a buff and more drastic impact/RoF to have some scouts to server as snipers to damage bosses more effectively, this would be a slower firing scout archetype, fast firing scouts would be good for add clearing for example.

Loved the Homecoming quest, the strike got boring after a while but obviously you're not meant to be playing the same strike for ages - that's why they have playlists.

If any of you guys want to join in to our Destiny PS chat just ask here and one of us can add you to it quickly.

You and what army?

Was watching a pc graphics comparison video, and what I find interesting is that honestly, I can't see any differences between high and low that I would notice or care about during actual gameplay:

@Mega-Gazz Can always be a bit tough to judge these things until you're sat in front of the monitor playing it yourself. Plus the screen you're playing on makes a difference of course.

Anyway, the best thing about the PC version is that 60fps!

What class would you guys recommend for a noob? I played a bit with each during the beta but still unsure what to go with day one.

@Splat Hard to say since they mixed the classes up in D2, but really if it's like D1 they are all pretty much fine. I'm Titan through and through, though

@Mega-Gazz - Off topic but that YouTube channel has some really good Monster Hunter World videos. I have been binge watching them.

@Splat Titan for Noobs I'd say, Sentinal, if things get hairy pop your bubble and start punching.

@Splat Ya he's a great youtuber. I bookmark his channel, and of course VaatiVidya for Dark Souls.

Also @Splat, I would recommend hunters, because they have a cape and you can actually see it. The Warlocks get a glorified bracelet/armband that you can't see much, and the titans get....I guess you'd call it a towel hanging from their waste (hard work, after all?). Hunters for the cosmetic win. #fashionsouls

@kyleforrester87 Ya, I'm jealous of the 60fps.... but still buying the ps4 version (assuming it doesn't get terribad reviews, which it won't)

Played the PC beta.... Even with my relatively old and modest computer (i5-2500 @3.3ghz/8gb ram/GTX 1050 ti) I was getting 100 fps on the default settings. I turned the graphics up to "high" and still got 60FPS almost all the time, a couple dips to 55FPS. Shame we can't get that on the PS4.

Still, despite all that I reaffirm that I prefer playing on the ps4. Controller is way better to play with, mostly because it becomes awkward to do anything while moving and turning (e.g. melee, reload, dodge, super). I also like the comfort of playing in my living room.

Technically both of those complaints can be resolved by just hooking my pc up to my TV and stereo, but I don't see a point in trying to make a PC into a console.

Anyhow, the changes to the actual game are good, and it is looking very promising

It's pre-installing for me as we speak. It's 32 GB's if anyone is wondering.

Now that the article on the front page is long gone. I just wanted to post quick reminder that you can join the Push Square Destiny 2 clan on Bungie.net https://www.bungie.net/en/ClanV2/Chat?groupId=2106549 .

Personally, I had a great time playing with our community during the life of the first Destiny, and I wouldn't have seen any of the raids if it wasn't for certain people showing godlike levels of patience in order to act as guides.

I still can't decide, disc or digital. I've got today to figure it out.

@AlexStinton I haven't joined the clan yet, although I will once I get the game. Although the clan system in D1 was kinda meaningless. Is this the same?

@kyleforrester87 No, they've improved it - especially in the companion app. There's now clan only chat channels you can setup.

There also appears to be some sort of rewards system linked to clan contributions each week. It says you can earn engrams for the entire clan.

I always go digital with time consuming games.

@Splat Yeah, i think it's a tenner more digital is all. Not a massive deal I know but..a tenner is a tenner.

I probably will go digital though.
