You're going to have a long wait because that'll never happen. Even if hell did freeze over, Limited Run are such an awful company we'd have PS8 and PS5 will be emulated on PC by the time they managed to get the disc out.

How do you KNOW this is the same game but with different graphics?

It's highly likely that the NPC intelligance is totally different.
The Graphics engine will be completely different to allow for modern rendering tech.
It's likely that the car mechanics are completely new.

In fact it's more than likely the game has been built from the ground up.

Because they used AI, they have been able to get it done in a timely fashion

The problem is gamers want to have their cake and eat it.

They want better and better graphics; but:

They don't want longer developement cycles,
They don't want to pay higher prices,
They don't want dev crunch.

And the one thing that can still grant better graphics, while lowing dev cycles and wont require prices to go is AI tech.

But gamers don't want that either.

On the PS3, you always had at least the XMB on screen, which is the 2007 version of todays tiles.

As for now, if you go to the theme options on PS5, you can select static, animated or from your photo library.

You simply pop the wallpaper into your photo library and then select that as your wallpaper.
