I disagree. Skipping E3 isn’t foolish it’ll be the norm soon enough. E3 is becoming more irrelevant. Sony has their own event in PSX that can be held anytime of the year. Nintendo can do a Direct anytime. These days we’re getting more world premiers and trailers from the Game Awards than E3.

55 games!? Say THQ releases one per month, that means they could keep churning out games continuously until May 2023! Clearly they don’t believe in less is more or quality over quantity.

@carlos82 people can buy a movie on DVD for as little as £1 but they still choose to watch it on Netflix.

I just wish Sony would open this to phones and tablets. Wish they did tease way back during the PS4 reveal event. Really push this as a service to stream games, from current and legacy consoles, on a variety of devices.

This is why I never buy fighting games at launch. Wait for the DLC to release and balance patches and then buy the arcade/definitive edition later.

@dryrain honestly if Kojima wasn’t involved people wouldn’t care at all about Death Stranding. I’m not a Kojima fan and feel the same way. What is this game? What will I be doing? It looks weird, that’s cool but why should I care?

@Mega-Gazz yeah it's Ubisoft but the people complaining don't do any research. They judge a game purely by how it looks.

And I just bought the Ezio Collection on Monday. A lot of recently released games going on sale. At least I know not to buy Watch Dogs 2 this week.

@Flaming_Kaiser Sure it may only take a couple of minutes of tinkering to figure which mode is best for your setup but it's the reason I'm not interested in picking up the Pro. Ultimately I just want to play the game. I don't play games because they look pretty, I play games because they're fun to play. Plus other people playing the same game with a better framerate or resolution is nothing new so that aspect doesn't bother me.

As someone who's been aware of the series for years but has no idea where to start, these names hurt my head. Guess this compilation would be a good starting point.

@get2sammyb I discovered it by pure chance and I'm telling everyone. Since people trying this can't read it and just dismiss it as calibration settings or something.

There's more to the demo than meets the eye. At the start when you're on the ship, you get the prompt to press X or O. Press X then on the next screen press O. You'll be playing a different section that showcases the new lunar and jupiter powers. Also you get to fight mechs with Raven and it's amazing.

Gravity Rush 2 is coming out that same week so this doesn't bother me too much. Just gotta hope Gravity Rush 2 breaks all conventions and manages to the be the one game that hits its release date.

Was excited about this but when I tried to login I was forced to update my password. Long story short, servers are slammed and if you change your password there's a chance you'll be locked out of PSN for 24 hours. Ironic. Sony introduces sonething to improve security and I now can't access my account.

The price has remained the same since its launch 2010. Given they've added Vita and PS4 I'm surprised it hasn't risen before now.

Why are people so angry? I know no one likes price increases but in the last six years I've been hit with price rises to;
Phone bill
Internet bill
Electricity
Netflix

What you have is the usual people who complain about PlayStation Plus complaining about PlayStation Plus. Sony is greedy, give us more AAA games, I'm cancelling now etc. I don't get this people. If you don't like the service and think it's a waste of money then don't subscribe.

Anyways you can always pick up PlayStation Plus cheap online. That and you can still stock up before the price increase.

Af E3 there were pretty confident the west would be getting the game this year. I wasn't expecting it to launch so soon. I'll keep my fingers crossed but I'm expecting a 2017 release outside of Japan.

I feel so lucky right now. One week ago I was recommended Dragon's Crown by a friend and better yet I already owned it (I'm guessing from PlayStation Plus). Downloaded it onto my Vita / PlayStation TV and it is wonderful. Hopefully it makes it way back to the PlayStation Store.

I was so so on E3. Great games but The Last Guardian was one of the only games shown that's coming out this year. I've got the Crash remasters to be excited about and that's it.

My PS4 sounds like a jet plane these days so I'm in the market for new anyways.

@Bad-MuthaAdebisi I got that same vibe. Most critics didn't even justify their criticisms with examples.

Finally a positive review. I don't get why the critics were so harsh. Is the movie perfect? No. But it's still a fine popcorn flick and I'd agree it is the video game movie game to date. Pacing was a little off but I enjoyed the action and the jokes made me laugh.

@adf86 I've been listening to PS I Love You XOXO since episode 1 and it made Beyond look even worse by comparison. This gives me a reason to stop listening to Podcast Beyond for good.

Is everyone forgetting that Chronicles India and Russia and some mobile RPG game came out this year. So we've already had 3 Assassin's Creed games this year.
That aside I've long gotten bored of Assassin's Creed and still have zero interest in syndicate so take as much time as you need Ubisoft.
