I too have no idea what all the fuss is about. They've shown the gameplay in a very staged manner each time, but when you hand this game to the group that mainstreamed "Halo jumping" and allow them to use jetpacks, NOBODY is going to be able to hit anything as everybody will just be halo jumping left and right with the inclusion of rocket propulsion... Not interested thanks

@get2sammyb ah, but think about the sour taste they've spat into all gamers mouths. Personally I'm more hyped for Knack than I am about any of the Xbone titles. If MS sells like the Wii U I will be in tears of laughter, though praying that they pick up the pace of course. We can't be doing with a single console this generation now can we?

I've watched every one of the Driveclub videos that have been posted on here and due to streaming compression quality I've not been overwhelmed, maybe slightly whelmed

@Carl-G I've already downloaded the patch to my USB, over a fortnight early! I'm not relying on Sony's servers or my rural pre-dialup broadband when I get that sensual plastic box

@nathanuc1988 Curse you IGN! Still, the PS4 itself and the games are going to be so fast I don't think it will be at all noticeable. After putting Killzone in the disc tray you can play it in thirty seconds. The thing that matters most to me is storage for my films and TV shows, hence why I've got a 1.5TB coming my way

@nathanuc1988 in a laptop perhaps, but the motherboard will likely lock down the SATA speed. The PS3 is no faster at anything if you put an SSD in there, so I'm very content with just maximum storage

I will cost too much, which is a shame, because that means upon release of this fandangled headgear I'll be instantaneously strapped for cash

@Grockumus Really?!?!? It comes with Killzone, two controllers, and the PlayStation Camera. I was going to buy the camera and another controller anyway so for the amazing price I basically got Killzone for free

@get2sammyb You have to remember though that on the launch day people will be wanting at least one game to play, and I have a feeling Assassin's Creed in particular will be on virtually everybody's list!
Luckily my sister gave me an I.O.U for my birthday good for one PS4 game at launch. AC IV is pre-ordered and sailing it's way to me!

I changed my pre-order to the wallet-lickingly good value Mega Bundle the moment I got an e-mail from Amazon. I was going to buy another controller and the PlayStation Camera anyway, so why not get Killzone for free?!!
(I'm selling one of the controllers straight away. I splashed an extra tenner on a glossy orange one from EvilControllers!)

@DVS Genuinely. After about 3-4 hours I was just wondering when it would end.
I absolutely adored Flower, Flow was my first downloadable game and I'm the only person I know to have completed it, but Journey just bored me to the point where I came upon strangers and just followed them, hammering that irritating glyph button to cause as much confusion as possible

@Strofan7 I'm well aware of my unique position, however I still don't understand the other side.
Every review I read about its "haunting beauty" just reads to me as a pretentious attempt to make the reviewer seem like he's discovered his own deep and meaningful life lesson from it. I was genuinely angry at the end as I pushed myself hard to keep at it thinking there would be something astonishing waiting for me, however, when the screen slowly showed those pissing sand dunes again I just walked over to my PS3, turned it off and left the room

I don't know if I missed something, or if that fact I'm emotionless is muddying my eyes, but I've discussed this with Benjamin above several times and I personally would've given Journey a 3/10. I don't see what was so good about it at all.
I don't know how long it lasted but it felt like it would never end and it was just draining my joy. I honestly would've asked for a refund were it possible

@Grockumus I'm sure you must be able to, but maybe not at launch. As soon as you can record in 3D, Sony will fish some money from me for a shiny 3D TV!

I'm also going to have to plump up for a 4TB HDD. I used to have all seasons of Family Guy, American Dad, Futurama, Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, etc. etc. plus a 120GB folder of movies, but that was pretty much all culled due to (mostly) Uncharted 3's ridiculous arse trying to squeeze into the last seat in my PS3's 500GB HDD

I got this when it was £449, so this is a nice surprise (: provided Amazon sticks to it's "pay the lowest price" diddly!

Preordered just before the end of the E3 conference, now I've got a Killzone controller super mega bundle on the way!

This game is one of my favourites, but I won't buy it on PS4 simply because they stated they'd release more characters and yet months and months on...
