@Dezzy70 thats why mlb the show went multi platform because the mlbpa bargained that with either the studio or the players union at least thats what i read somewhere

@Dezzy70 in the article and in my experience from other articles more times than not they cant make a sports game exclusive because the players union bargains for it to be more available to more players so even if microsoft were to buy ea fifa or madden or nhl wouldnt be exclusive because the players union wouldnt allow it

i almost guarantee cod will stay on all platforms it sells the best on playstation they would love to have those billions yearly to pay for this acquisition, furthermore for everyone else do you think sony responds with a big purchase for themselves i.e a studio like take 2 or ea?

it'll probably come out in september/october so itll have plenty of time to get all the nominations it will deserve

@Flaming_Kaiser older components? elaborate since youre clearly an engineer smart guy, There's still a shortage on metal, pcbs and semi conductors so whether they're making ps4's or ps5's they're both going to be in short supply pal... use your head

i mean yeah it makes total sense the demand for the ps5 cannot be met if they continue to burn resources on the ps4 so shortening the manufacturing numbers for it is great and even greater for people who havent gotten there hands on ps5

it truly does depend on the type of game because if it can keep my attention it can be as long as it needs to be like naughty dog games seem to keep my attention the most, furthermore if it has extra content im more likely to stay invested. like the last of us 2 needed more story dlc like i wanna know what abby is doing after ellie let her go and i think that would be great to have if there is a "directors cut"

@Alduin that is such a bad take its not even remotely true sony doesnt need to compete with ms they have total market share why would they spend 100's of millions making these blockbuster games just to give them away for free name me one xbox exlusive singleplayer game that is anywhere near the quality of even the worst ps exclusive the only good first party games xbox has out right now is forza and halo and that wont cut it. furthermore its better to see sony go to the beat of there own drum i want my aaa ps exclusives and i have no problem paying for them because the ones i like are guaranteed to be a banger

@BoldAndBrash i mean hey by all means don't buy the game if you don't like it but the swinging is infinitely better than any Spider-Man game before it so please check yourself go back and play Spider-Man 2 it's a lot better in your memories ill tell you that. the swing in tasm 1&2 also sucks compared to insom's Spidey game and finally as for web of shadows that's another game with subpar web-swinging so again I implore you go try these games before you slander this game. i didnt include shattered dimensions and the 2 spiderman games on ps1 because the web swinging isnt a big enough part in the game as well as the web swinging kinda sucked in all 3 games

aside from ocarina of time the first last of us game is my favourite, i want this game to come out sooner than later as i will need as much time for ragnarok as possible. i will buy this game and if it comes bundled with the tlou2 and factions bonus but if not oh well.

@KidBoruto honestly id be okay if none of the leaks/ rumours were true only because they have doctor strange and doctor octopus its gonna be a blast at the cinema this week

the starlight blue looks almost identical to the berry blue ps4 controller and thats a sweet colour i like it but the galactic purple is probably the cleanest colour out there

i have my ticket purchased for thursday at 530 cant wait to see this movie.

@Milktastrophe thats a little messed up theres plenty of battle royale games that are better than most multiplayer games like lets be honest everyone would rather play pubg over a game like marvels avengers right? that game has nothing redeeming about it

I love pubg, it requires a lot more skill than your average br game. but sadly yes it is to little to late, its the first br game i was actually very good at, then came the best br game black ops 4 blackout. ill still boot it up and dunk on some noobs when it goes free to play

@Loftimus no definetely not ive been a loyal ps plus member since the ps4 launched in november 2013 which here in canada it costs $11.99 cad so in total not acounting for any price increases lets say $900 cad and most of the months the games havent been good i think us as the collective playstation community deserve the free upgrade and i think its ridiculous that we dont xbox is handling this stuff so much better its very anti consumer and im getting tired of it

i think it's a little unfair that thye offer these playstation studios games on ps plus ive given sony more than enough money over 8 years to justify me getting the free upgrade i believe that is unacceptable.

@Jayslow the stuff in the battlepass is cosmetic but the guns and some weapon blueprints are attainable without buying the battlepass plus you get 100 or 200 cod points for free per season.

i did buy miles morales ultimate edition almost exclusively for spiderman 2018 at full price but ive grown to like the miles morales character more and really loved the game

in my opinion i think objectively it has to be resident evil village, i played that game the most on that list with the exception of warzone but i think village was the best game on the list.

im not a huge jrpg fan but this would be pretty cool for people that never got to play the original.

saw this and had a good chuckle but i truly do miss the old rockband and guitar hero days they were some of the most fun times

@FX102A yes the story is shortish, its about 6 hours to finish the story but not if you plan on platinuming it, plus if youre on ps5 and get the gold edition you get spiderman 2018 remastered.

furthermore why havent sony released the motor storm games in a big remastered package yet? kinda strange isnt it?

ive gotta get my hands on motor storm never tried it back in the day was way more interested in fps games and nhl didnt play much story stuff till the end of the console as well
