@ItsAlwaysSunnyyy one of those things that developers don't actually care about, but something that annoys the living crap out of users? Just a guess. I hate it as well...

@CutchuSlow I don't think so unfortunately. I built my first pc with custom loops 3 years ago, and the best thing was running Baldurs Gate 3 with everything cranked up to max and seeing everything running smoothly. Not to make you negative, but as they say. There is nothing like the real thing.

Rare that I disagree completely with an article... It's not the unlocking concept that is wrong. I love that. But this... You play through game and then play it though with someone elee. One person is going to want to skip all the dialogue and knows about all the things they have figured out. When you play with someone part of the fun is figuring out things together. Big misstep in my opinion.

@djlard Puzzle Quest 3 had lots of microtransactions. Never played it. It's unfortunate.

I loved the first one. Not to be negative, but will this be infested with microtransactions?

@Oz_Who_Dat_Dare not sure about "XBox". Most of the "Microsoft" seems like Bethesda and Activision Blizzard with a Microsoft logo attached. Franchises that were from those publishers in the past and have always been on PlayStation. I guess those times are over as well. Well see how many Microsoft shuts down. Forza, Call of Duty and Minecraft will continue. Don't think even Elder Scroll or Doom can escape the Microsoft axe. Sad times. Hope I'm wrong.

@Icey664 Naughty Dog is digging a hole for themselves. I hope it works out for them if the game is great. Each to their own. Unfortunately / fortunately sex sells.

@Juanalf That is if all those bugs ever gets patched. Nothing more annoying than coming back to a game to find out the bug isn't fixed and never will be.

I can almost guarantee that. I don't really play mainstream games. I just love indie games, and most of my contribution to "spending statistics" goes to digital...
Similar situation: I rolled my eyes one day when I read about RGB hardware sales statistics. The bloody stuff isn't available in no BS plain versions.

I've never done this before, but might try in the future. Apologise for derailing topic - if, for example, I start a playthrough of BG3 on PC and continue playing on PS5 does it disable trophies for the rest of the playthrough. Am I understanding this correctly? Can any of you guys confirm?
