@funkyflounder83 if they managed to get around any licensing issues as you say then I think the whole triple pack would do better financially than they did in the past.
They were awesome games, the 3rd in particular was probs my fave of the PS3 gen but my concern is that Rockstar make too much money from GTA Online and RDR2 they won't bother returning to mainly single player linear titles which is a massive shame imo.
Don't think I'd personally bother with the PS5 upgrade for Eternal. 2016 was exquisite but I found Eternal way too platformy and in some ways detached from the more serious world established in Doom 2016.
Sony doesn't have the buying power of Microsoft and this targeted approach makes sense. I don't see any issue with homegrown exclusive IPs on any console but I don't want to see every game producer snapped up by either side. Not only is that bad for the Devs and consumers but the quality of the products would suffer also, so what he's said is good news.
I'd take physical over digital any day but sometimes the digital sales such as those on the PS Store (sometimes) are a bargain. They're the reason I've got a 100+ game backlog!
Hmm I started clearing my PS3 backlog last year and started on Mass Effect 1, a few weeks later The Legendary Edition was announced. I'm due to start the Dead Space trilogy this week and now this is rumoured....
Anyone got any games they want me to play so remasters get made??

CoD MW3, grinding out survival mode for the trophies. Almost there and then onto the Spec Ops missions on veteran difficulty. The Plat is in sight.
