@SmashbrosFtw1306 No mate in America it's caos many companies were hit including Xbox and EA.Twitter Trying to get a game on battlefield is almost impossible.
@Mergatro1d They are EA, Sony, Xbox, Twitter, and Facebook have all had major issues it's a huge ddos attack effecting multiple companies and it's getting worse
@dryrain, elodin, Don't know where you live mate but I live in Birmingham and my Bro works at Game and he said the Pre orders for the PSVR are so high the company are begging Sony for more with a huge shipment expected in December. It's a fact you can't go into any store and get a Pro they are sold out everywhere. And not seen a single one in CEX and here we have one of the biggest shops in the UK.
@ApostateMage Red dead trailer was on the Pro also all those sceptics are now seeing the real benefits. Days gone, Horizon, Red dead just look breathtaking best looking games I have ever seen. Also want to see how PSVR looks on th Pro we know it's a big improvement that's why the Pro was released.
It's good to see some innovation and not the same old. We don't know any info yet so hard to judge. We need answers to what specs does it have, battery life, can you connect to the net on the go. What 3rd party games are coming. All we know is its both a console and portable not much else. But it's not really going to effect the PS4 and the Vita has long been dead.
@Gamer83 Mate it's not just about the power of the platform. It's about the creation of the open world and the creativity of the devs. You tell me one game currently that looks better than this and on the Pro it will be upscaled to 4K with HDR as well so the real thing will look even better as compressed vids don't do it justice. And it will release Feb but I think it should be delayed Sony have to many games coming out in January and Feb.
Hurry up February, this game is truly breathtaking the level of detail is mind blowing. And definitely a PS4 PRO seller title. Sure we will see more game play at PSX on the PRO can't wait.
It seems PS4 players have sent a strong message to square. They may have cashed in with cash from Microsoft, but overall they have damaged there reputation and pissed of there biggest fan base. And in the long run they will loose money due to there greedy decision.
Occlus and Vive also suffer in terms of resolution and even more so when it comes to Screen door effect and latency. And they are so uncomfortable especially Occlus. And with the Vive you have to kit outo your whole room with sensors. But because this is a playstation product any flaws will be more scrutinised and the fan boys will exaggerate it to the max. There's no denying that PSVR has the most potential to go mainstream and is the best value for money. Vive and Occulus are dying wich was highlighted by poor sales. My fear is if VR fails now we will never see what it could have become.
@get2sammyb Yh, I know mate I mean in general the media always focuses on the negatives rather than the positives. Just look at how that Giant bomb vid spread like wild fire and then the fan boys jump on it and all of a sudden you have PSVR has terrible tracking when that's not the case. So all the good stuff that's been said about it including the some of the good reviews and scores go unnoticed. Wasn't a dig at you mate love your site and reviews. Just saying PSVR needs that one killer game.
It seems a lot of people will have different experiences in VR especially when it comes to motion sickness. As everyone's tolerance level is different. So although the reviewer is reviewing from there owe experience the next man might have a completely different experience so PSVR has already got a bad rap as it were because as ever the negative is being far more covered than the positive. I only have to say !giant bomb! for example so I now feel PSVR is doomed to fail. As a bad experience is far mor covered than a good and because people can't see what's going on its very hard to convey the good aspects.
Story Is great and pulls no punches, Game play, first 3 hours are pretty good. But then it becomes like assassins creed. Find gang leader take over territory repeat over and over basically a grind fest. Currently about 17 hours in. But the story keeps me playing it and the music is awesome.
Wow that's a lot of titles. But I feel the Key to PSVR being successful will be the better resolution the Pro offers. The cinema screen. A Virtual world where people can meet up. And apps it will support.
Has anyone seen PSVR on the Pro. I saw the Digital foundry review and they said the resolution on the games was improved. I would like to know if this applies to the cinema screen also. And we know Sony are working on a virtual space we saw it last year remember those wii looking characters playing mini games and stuff. So I would expect updates
Never would of looked at this game. But after I saw the trailer and others people's reaction. I gave the demo ago so happy I did such a fun cute design with fun game play, now I can wait to buy the full version.
@get2sammyb Hi, I was just curious of the image quality. The time I had with PSVR seemed fine but I have read reports of PSVR being cloudy like looking through a window. Are you allowed to tell us if this is true or is it false journalism or fan boys looking for a story.
Most of the cables can be hidden behind your TV I think there's only one or two cables that go into the headset itself. I love the little mini power box it comes with that cocks like a gun so you get your USB flush. So far very impressed. Also it looks a real quality product, another nice little feature is the volume remote function. If PSVR fails then VR will never succeed. Reviews so far have been very good with Battle zone looking like the best title.
It's obvious everyone is waiting for the PS4 PRO, only a 100 pound more and upscaled 4K and better fps on some games. Why would people want the slim it offers nothing.
@blakey78 Yh but mate I saw the same demo and I couldn't see a lot of frame rate dips. I did notice a tiny bit of screen tearing. Digital foundry have done an excellent analysis on it and they were very in pressed and commented how well the upscaling looked aswell. It would be nice to get a polished game on the Pro and I think we will. I wonder how long they have had the Dev kits, and we obviously all know Horizon, GTS, Nioh, were delayed because of the pro. But I am genuinely excited to play something fresh and challenging. I am getting first person shooter fatigue lol. Hurry up Febuary 4 PS4 quality exclusives in one month going to burn the wallet lol.
@Kidfried Totally agree Zelda looks a very barren world and that cooking game play with the humming was childish. I hope they stick to the formula that made Zelda great but from what I have seen so far I am worried. Horizon on the other hand graphically it's spectacular. Gameplay look unique and gives you genuine options, the open world is stunning and filled with so many robot dinos and animals. The bosses look challenging I don't know what else people would want from a game.
@blakey78 I also was at EGX and what I saw looked amazing and in a different league to the witcher 3 graphically and framerate wise . It's hilarious people are judging a game that is still half a year away. I think Horizon will be goty contender, they even hired quality writers who have worked on fallout and Skyrim add that to Guerilla games already existing skills you get potential for one hell of a great game. I think there's alot of bashing and reports of a dull game or broken game are just not true. I went with 5 other people all were blown away and agreed Horizon is there most anticipated game of 2017 I think the hate is coming because it's a PS4 exclusive.
Once people start seeing the benefits as in 1080p 60fps on most titles. Upscale 4K and Native 4K for less demanding games. The PS4 pro will sell like hotcakes. Word of mouth will be crucial after that terrible conference. But no matter what some fan boy YouTube channels will try and bash it no matter what. But the simple fact is Scorpio isn't coming out anytime soon wich means performance wise the Pro will have a huge advantage for more than a year then be able to drop the price of the Pro while also announcing the PS5 late next year or early 2018.
Expected with a lot of big hitters coming out on the run up to Xmas. Also expect a Playstation reshuffle for February 2017 to many games. We have Horizon, Persona, Nier, Nioh. I have a feeling Horizon might be pushed back a few months so it can shine.
The SJWS are going to have a field day with this I wonder if we can still get VR games from Japan the same way as we do regular games. This game is on the edge though very risky but they know it will sell big in Japan.

Re: Skyrim, Fallout 4 Will Get Mod Support on PS4 After All
https://community.bethesda.net/thread/20836?tstart=0 This is the problem with external mods. Frequent crashes and bad script. Also I am sure Sony know about the potential for hacking on bad mods.
