It's a great review and quite comprehensive, but if you and other reviewers keep brushing these issues aside, you're harming the consumer by making little of games being released in inexcusable states.

Not paying premium for a game that had performance issues from the first beta and a fix still hasn't happened.

I suffered that through Dragon's Dogma 2 and it was a much better game 6 months after the release.

Capcom needs to improve their engine ASAP. Every game they release has graphical glitches and poor performance.

I had a few flashes happening early in the game and got stuck in geometry once, besides that, smooth sailing.

A huge technical improvement over KCD 1 and an overall better game.

I think all these remasters are absolute scams, but clearly there's a market for them, so Sony is doing what commercially makes sense.

Code Veronica definitely deserves the remake treatment.

RE 5 and 6 need remakes more than any of the other games in the franchise.

They're so flawed and there's so much to improve.

Imagine correcting story elements as well gameplay for the games.

They make a Dragon Age game that is Dragon Age only in name and are surprised that it underperformed?

I actually enjoyed the game, but was only able to do so when I ignored it's name. It has great gameplay but the dialogue is awful and characters lack depth.

Skill Up but it best when they said: "Every interaction between companions feels like HR is in the room"

Make a Dragon Age or a new IP, but don't make a new IP pretending to be Dragon Age. It doesn't bring new people due to lack of interest in the original IP, and it distance long time fans from it.

Everyone here is a video game enthusiast and understands games more than the average consumer.

But if it happens the way you said it, I wouldn't be surprised either.

The real question is: "Is it going to compete with the Nintendo Switch?"

It just looks like an upgraded Switch without any new considerable features. A lot of people that bought the Switch are casual gamers who will see no reason to upgrade to a newer version of the same console.

It's also a market much more saturated with powerful portable devices.

I wouldn't be surprised if it sells less than the PS5.

I live in the UK and buy half of my games physically. I like having a physical collection.

I dread the moment I won't be able to that anymore, and it seems to be coming sooner rather than later.

In my opinion this is waaay too high on the list. The predecessor had much better plot and it was less bloated.

Not to be the "actually" guy, but both the Olympics and the FIFA World Cup had much higher numbers than the 150mil by the Game Awards.

He's a really nice guy and in my opinion a good voice actor.

I'm glad they tried something new.

I always felt the team was constrained by the mandatory student/classroom setting of the Persona series and this game shows it.

I think it has better plot than any Persona game and it drags way less than any of them.

It can add value to the person who was "judged" by Guinness, highlighting even more that it is a payment to be promoted, and not a record in itself.

A Guinness world record has absolutely no value.

People pay Guinness a ton of money, they register the record and that's it. There's very little investigation on the veracity of the records and even known cheaters have records.

Tommy Talarico has Guinness world records, that's how accurate they are.

Remaking a great late PS3 game like the Last of Us for the PS5 felt wholly unnecessary. It already looked great and played well.

Remaking a flawed mediocre looking game with rushed development and a lot of wasted potential makes sense.

People are tired of remakes of new and great games, remaking a flawed game and fixing it is a great idea

You decided to write a professional article and use the word "hater". Really?

Can you be a bit more descriptive and explain that it's a mix of people that align themselves with different ideals and haven't played the game, so they're just giving low scores for that reason with people that played the original trilogy and are disappointed with the lackluster dialogue and lack of impact on the choices.

By saying hater, you're absolutely not helping with establishing any dialogue between opposing opinions. Just helping with the divide.
