i was sceptical about this game after seeing it's first clunky gameplay. also comments that people find it to much of a deadspace game with alot of the same settings over and over again.

i think it is a missed opportunity for not making a FPS or Psvr game of it, more mysterious more isolated and less music. i have the same opinnion about games such as metroid prime(need to be vr) , these games need a fresh update to make a good entry again.

calisto protocol basicly continues where dead space 3 started, as a budget game, you only buy when there is absolute nothing to play.
i don't believe it is a bad game, but more been there done that.

is mass effect legendary edition also ps5 upgraded.

I am realy dissapointed about premium tbh.
I subscribed to this, because of the expectation we get alot of demo's, ps2 psx, psp games.
3 month's further, no mgs game, no remotely great jrpg, nothing!!!! Not even wipeout psx

Guess sonic is stuck with this type of music, i'll bet they have test it out with other genre's but i can't imagine how this will connect with a dynamic caracter such a sonic.

Personaly, i love the sonic adventure game, because of its diversity in music between levels, all other games where horrible imo.

But maybe sega has to make a new mascot, sonic is too outdated.

Still i look forward to frontier, see what sega made of it. Lets hope for a demo

Thing is. I love all these new games, but i refuse to pay 79 euro's for it, eventough i have more then enough income, it is just against my oldschool gaming nature.
In mind, games are not justified to be this price. Some are, with huge openworlds gameplay more then 200 hours. I would gladly pay 100 euros for the next skyrim, But most games are not even reaching 20 hours, its insane they dare to ask this amount of money

I have a historical and relatively small collection for the time i own this console, normaly when i own a new console with 8 months i already would have like 9 games or so at least
Now i only have ff7 remake, Ratchet and Clank rift apart and demon's souls all second handed.

It kind off ruins the nexgen experience for me in comparisson to the past

Never understood why people love this game so much, it is so repetitive,so boring
its concept stolen from diverse games mixed with a sauce of telltale walkining dead.

I played this game for 4 hours, then the story and gameplay starts to irritate on me. There are way better games in this genre, like day's gone.

If nothing change about these ridicilious pricetags of games, i forsee a mayor crash in the console industry.
Gamepass and ps plus and premium is just doing more damage, because people focus on playing old games(bored very quick), while they should be playing nextgen titles and be happy, especialy in combination with deals. The flow you normaly have with nextgen consoles is just horrible.

Any new concept that is not in line with farcry BS
seems to be difficult for ubisoft management and its employees.

Like any new idea is behind a big f...ing wall of shortsided managers.

How can you not be happy, we life in an age you get free games via subscribtions. Insane and cheap ass if you complain.

10 years ago this was unthinkable, you had to do with demo's.

Tbh, premium is not a real benefit over Plus at this moment, but maybe in the future.
So in the meantime, i have to suport it to make it better.

I am not realy interested in the psx collection or any old game, still it is a expensive subscribtion for most people, so it need more games to become succesfull.

What i am missing are games such as mgs, mgs: sons of liberty okami, legend of the dragoon.
I dont think you miss alot of ps3 games, most where also on ps4, and it was a sucky console.

Went to a shop near me last week, they got a pallet full of XsX placed them next to the slim version(wich has not been sold for 6 months)
Went back yesterday, maybe only 4 where sold.
I guess XsX is most wanted in america, but not in europe, here they just wait.
And if someone has the ps5, they have to barricade the front door.

These are facts.
It gets interesting, when MS comes with a new model and lower its price to €299,- two years from now, when there is actualy a great catalog of games, and you can place it next to your ps5.
At that time sony has sold like 50 million more.

Things are not looking good for xbox, even though they have advantage over stock at this moment.

But maybe i am sceptical if ms sells like 70 million units at the end, they doing fantastic.
And i dont see sony sell like 140 million ps units anymore.

Why you want a XsX anyway?
It shows the same pattern as the Xbox one.
Salesfigures, horrible momentum between good games, games not even worth mentioned, a gamepass but with less quality old games, or with 3th party games you play, but you actualy dont want to, but there are no games to look forward to for a long time.
Nah at least you have more and better classic ps titles to play with.

I choosed for ps5, because i don't fall for this one again. And if i did not have any nextgen right now i would definetly have the patience.

To he honest. I don't care about 120fps at this moment, better would be 60fps native 4k and raytracing. But this is not possible.

Why the hell they introduced RT in this genereration consoles, is a mystery, you can only enjoy it in 30fps wich is horrible, like you play emulated games.
Even on pc it does not make sense, you have to make consessions.

Guess we have to wait a couple of years.

Any oled with hdmi and 48 gb/s bandwidth are fine.
I told people 40 gb/s is not enough for full nextgen gaming on 120fps, but cx and c1 users found this BS because LG said so.

Lucky i have a lg oled c9 and not a cx or c2.
Those have 40gbs hdmi, while the (lets face it) more expensive lg c9 has 48gb.

Two years ago lg stated it was not important, so i asked fomo and vincent, they both stated it is important for playing120fps with hdr at the same time, thisnis what decided me to buy the c9, not for its cheaper price, but for this.

Now lets hope sony update the ps5 for playing 120fps hdr and full 4k. For some reason in all ps5 games you have to make consessions, to rather performance mode(120fps and hdr but downgraded graphics) or graphic mode(60fps 4k raytracing)

Hoping all features will be available. But is it possible? 4k 120fps raytracing hdr?

I hope sony makes another astro game.
For me it feels like their new mascott, and earns a huge game.
I realy enjoyed this small game, especialy the haptic features.

This game looks horrible, same for the new final fantasy, i just don't like the medievil artstyle, wich is like ff12. I hope they add a great story, and please make those guardians more impressive and as important like in ff games 1 till 10.
I don't have any connenction with them.

Call of duty was never a reason to buy a console.

Do i feel sorry for sony? Not realy, they always have acted arrogant against competition (such as crossplay), and often play dirty, while nintendo and MS have a good relationship.

Sony just have to reinvent themselfs.
Give guerilla the task to build a exclusive online fps,
Invest in new studios and ip's, make more original titles then games like call of duty.

Imo xbox stil have not any good and fresh ip that can compete with sony, because these are the strong points of sony.

I realy don't care sony release some ps exclusives on pc.
For me personal, the pc is a work platform and not realy a social location in the house to game on.
This is the reason why i don't game in pc anymore, i became a cave dweller

I use to have high end pc's costing over €4000,- but gaming in a room while my wife and kids are downstairs was not good for our relationship.
And putting all my equipment in the livingroom and desk is not classy.

I agree, there is a big difference in framerate.
Tgere has to be a ps5 update or else i don't even bother for backward compatibility.

Imo the ps4 was not realy nextgen simply because most games where 30fps 1080p, tge ps5 however feels nextgen for the first long time. I realy have the psx feeling tbh.

I have both ps5 and switch. Also stadia.

Gamepass is not a selling point(in playstation form)
It should be the console itself, and its awesome new features.

You should focus on new games rather then get a too big library and eventualy get bored with the whole bew nextgen experience.
Downloading, deleting, downloading, deleting.

I understand that the xbox needs gamepass to keep players on board, without it it is a boring gaming platform that miss diversity(MS is aware of this)
Playstation does not need this, great deals on ps4 classics with ps5 upgrade for the right price, is more then enough.
