I would buy it in a heart beat, it was by far the best. The game gave me special feels that were never recaptured by dark souls. Please please please do it!

Isn't this a first? Cant think of any driving game that added a riding game or vice versa, absolutely brilliant idea and especially to one with weather as good as Driveclub. Will definitely be getting this at some point.

Yeah im now gonna pass on this. Maybe when there's a sale. Always said when titanfall came out i wouldn't pay full price for only the multiplayer, when you know there's gonna be a season pass on top that will actually work against a multiplayer only game. Sad days when COD becomes the best value game around. Going by the digital prices it's gonna cost me less to get a big budget 4 player online and splitscreen co-op campaign, excellent horde survival mode AND an incredibly robust multiplayer mode. Where's it all gone wrong?

@kyleforrester87 Yeah so basically meaningless marketing guff to over-compensate and hide the real numbers. 16% of original retail is a real number. I have over 450 hours in this and added more than 50+ solid players to my friends list from playing this game and i currently have about 4 people that actually bought and play it. Sorry im not trying to bitch, just work out the real numbers.

@kyleforrester87 right i got destiny was the biggest new franchise launch, but this isn't a new franchise. Its dlc/expansion of a game. Basically, are they saying TTK actually outsold the likes of COD

So how did it break the record for "day one" players if it was only 16% of the original launch? That beat cod then?

@teknium_ totally, but you're justifying the price based on gamesharing it. (which I did with the digital guardian edition, my gf loves this) the problem is they are charging the price for a whole game. Which it isn't. Not to mention still locking content away unless i re buy everything again which just on principal made me draw the line. Saying they can charge what they like because we'll just steal half of it anyway, doesn't actually justify what they've done; charged full price for a fraction of the game.

So its still 1 new area, 1 new sub class? For £40? Thats what the whole game cost in the first place and considering this time around they don't have to build everything and the entire game world from the ground up, surely there would be MORE content for the same price? Not running around farming Rocketyard and the Cosmodrome. Yawn. Not to mention that if i buy into this again, I will have to buy the next dlc or be left behind. Its a subscription game that kills you off if you don't keep paying up every time.

Well i haven't noticed any negative effects to frame rate, but no real improvements either. I only wanted better frame rate during rain to be honest, love it but normally just meditate through it

@BAMozzy oh ok fair enough. You know, actually looking at the special edition items, cod actually does pretty well! Drone, rc car, juggernog mini fridge, more interesting than the usual figurine! Maybe that would be an interesting article push square,all the most interesting items from special editions over the years.

@BAMozzy im not sure how much tax the US charge on games, definitely nowhere near us in the uk though! Yeah I didn't see tekniums post, guess kell wasn't stating the actual retail price, thought it was crazy low, wasn't the remote control camera car one £250?!

@themcnoisy its a fridge....you don't look at them, you put food or drinks in them! btw love the idea of a "manual edition", please don't tell publishers you'd pay for one though, knowing the controls will end up being a pre order bonus lol

Yeah £127 is not actually expensive though is it? From the store the game and season pass will be £90 probably so £37 for a mini fridge that looks like a juggernog machine is not really that much at all. Im not even a cod fanboy but that is actually a good deal. A standard mini fridge from argos is about £30 anyway

Really don't see many people paying full money for a six month old game next to pre owned copies of the same game at less than half that price. This doesn't make much sense, last gen a lot of people owned both consoles which isn't the case this time

Yeah id love the gameplay to actually turn out like that! Realistically though, there will be camping ghost snipers obsessed with k/d ratio, while other people running in to get the objective getting shot. Pretty much like everything else. I hope it has some interesting game modes, can't wait for this!

@Vorlon warframe has a colossal amount of content and continues to grow and evolve, its so totally different to how it was at the beginning. I often compare that game to destiny and wondered why i spent all that money on destiny. The tileset map system on warframe means you never play the same thing twice, even though you're just grinding. Unlike destiny.

Yeah im glad I held off on the season pass til i knew what I was getting.
