Date Everything sounds like my late teens.

I’ve bought probably five or six new games in sales in the last month but I’m replaying Mass Effect for the umpteenth time.

I’m not sure if it’s this sale or not because they’re all starting to run into each other but I got Shenmue I&II for a song. I’ll be drowning in sailors in no time!

I love Square Enix and I’ve only played one of these. Video game backlog is a real problem affecting people in society. Pass me an alka-seltzer.

They said ‘mending’ when they meant ‘numbing’. Easy mistake to make.

Love both the games but the conversions to console of NW1 were terrible. Still, I’ll keep an eye on it.

FF Tactics A2 is one of my favourite games of all time so hopefully it can get a rerelease too some day.

Only just bought a PS5 and I’ve got like 5 great games for under a tenner each.

I’ll buy the 2025 one if/when it goes on sale.

How about a PS4 or Switch release, SEnix?

I bought mine on PC and my big gripe and what puts me right off playing is the way characters move around. I end up with them way off in the distance and no amount of clicking or zooming makes it not irritating. Anyway, maybe not a thing on PS.

Hopefully with the Switch 2 out the ‘26 game will get a graphics overhaul.

1) Party Chat - No friends no problem!

2) Upgrades - Doesn’t affect anything I’ve bought on Switch or plan to.

3) Full games on disk - I’m digital only now and do you not need to spend £100 for a PS5 drive?

4) Cheaper Software - I’ve got a few bargains on both PS4 and Switch. PlayStation used to do great sales but that’s not been the case for a while now.

5) Retro games - N64 and GameCube are the main draw and I’d have a sub anyway. Older systems are free on Switch.

Still torn on buying either a PS5, Switch 2 or waiting till PS6.
