@BrownOwl Dude it's a literal fact if you explained this to someone who knows nothing about gaming they would say it's anti-consumer because it benefits the company not the consumer!
What I personally feel about the subject doesn't matter when it comes to a fact it's hardly pro-consumer is it?
How does a consumer benefit from an exclusive title??

Nintendo do possibly need them more though considering the power of the switch 2 it could be argued they need them to get people to buy the system!
The only difference really with Xbox and playstation is controller ecosystem and friends on the system if exclusives weren't a thing.
Exclusives don't benefit the consumer unless you want the dude on the other plastic box not to be able to play said game aswell 🤓

I used to love this as a kid on the PC it was so so good I got a lot of my mates into this game crazy fun!
The console version was terrible though to me at least like unreal tournament aswell around that time the PC version was so much better!
Hopefully it's somewhat like the old game and and keeps the drivers face in the corner!
And the crazy challenges aswell 🤓

Sega bass fishing on the Dreamcast back in the day was so much fun especially with the rod controller 😁

@BrownOwl exclusives are kinda backwards and dated to me Nintendo would make record profits porting even just a basic older Mario to other systems!
Exclusives aren't consumer friendly but it is what it is!

There's going to be less exclusive games going forward most new ips will be multiplatform!

Hopefully it's good and plays into how the community actually interact with each other in the game and the humor!!

@Deljo Not that you asked me but if someone makes a racial slur that is clearly intended to offend they should be at least fined and maybe inform an employer if they are employed so they get sacked you cant really lock people up for just saying words and if that person gets a good kicking for being a racist scumbag all the better!

@Hyena_socks Just one of the reasons I'd never want to step foot in any arab nation with Islamic laws compared to a typical European country there laws and values are on the opposite end of the spectrum!

Ah well good luck to them I suppose I don't have the energy to be bothered by the Saudis owning ea hopefully they can revive some older franchises and I'd expect a lot more games set in the middle east from the country!

There is a fan made helldivers 2 movie that came out recently it was actually very good and very popular over on Helldivers reddit I'm surprised there was nothing on here about it!

@Ravix It's trivial job nobody really cares for it's nothing important just random pics for an advent calendar so yes I can see why they would use it rather then put the time and effort into something that doesn't really deserve it!
AI will eventually be able to help games like say an elder scrolls it was 11/11/11 when that was released and still not another in sight all these years later that's too long AI could significantly cut down development time on games!

@Slideaway1983 Exactly my dude life's to short to care about this for me at least! There's a definite biased against AI usage and I just think it's shortsighted!
All clothes used to be hand made by an actual person now machines make most of our clothes but nobody is moaning about those machines taking peoples jobs and the quality isn't crap constantly either!

@Arthur_Morgan Fair point my friend but at the same time it's a trivial job and there's are assumptions being made that somebody was replaced or not payed because of the use of AI but it could also be an artist being paid using this to lighten there work load!
I mean it's an advent calendar basically a meh nothing job for an artist why not use AI!
Using AI to create pictures for a advent calendar seems fine to me and a responsible use of the tool because when it all boils down AI is a tool for humans to use no different to a screwdriver just another invention to make life slightly easier for the human race ✌️

@Splash_Woman Life is to short to care that much about this to me I'd say the artists used this to lessen workload I wouldn't say anyone is missing out on pay.
All throughout human history we have created things to make work easier on ourselves and in doing that some jobs have become obsolete it's just the way it's always been art will always be art!
Anyone can buy a poster of the Mona Lisa but only the original is priceless and people still pay to see the real deal like they have for many many years!

In saying that the new Christmas coco cola ad they took a beloved ad and ruined it with AI generated crap it's terrible that's offensive!
