Mintrocket has finally announced a release date for its major DLC expansion to Dave the Diver.

The breakout hit arrived on PS5 and PS4 in 2024, and soon you'll be able to explore an entirely different region with all-new mechanics.

In the Jungle arrives on 18th June 2026:

Unlike most of the other DLC and updates to the game, In the Jungle is a beefy expansion that'll apparently last you 10+ hours.

The trailer shows off various new mini-games, the new restaurant (which has different gameplay to the base game's eatery), and of course, Dave's perilous underwater excursions.

The DLC doesn't stop there, though; a village called Utara effectively turns the game into Animal Crossing, complete with a real-time clock and building friendships with the locals.

You'll dive into a huge freshwater lake rather than the sea, and that means a whole range of new species of aquatic life to encounter. On top of that, you're given the Jungle Gun, a weapon that can quickly transform into various weapon types from the base game.

If you enjoyed Dave the Diver, or are still spending time chilling by the Blue Hole, this seems like a no-brainer.
