@Shad361 It felt like everyone on my X timeline was playing it, and its still the no 1 game on PSNPROFILES, but maybe only the PlayStation faithful's bought it and the general audience ignored the 'kiddy game'

Either Astro didn't sell great at all, or the sales estimates of Star War Outlaws is well off, there were reports that it only sold a million copies worldwide and it sits at 4th place, does that mean Astro sold less than a million WW? Or did Outlaws just sell really well in the UK only and not the rest of the world?

After playing the Horizon level in Astro Bot, it made me look forward to playing through this, even though I believe they are saturating the Horizon IP.

Would also buy Horizon lego if it became available(already have the tallneck)

@Yagami no, to me a 7 is still a decent game, usually a few things from stopping being great. Even a 5 or a 6 can still be enjoyable

Ghost of Yotei easily takes this for me, but revisiting Nosgoth is something I'm looking forward to!!

I enjoy ubisoft games, mainly the open world collectathons. They're like comfort food, turn your brain off and do repetitive duties. Their games are always 7 or 8's, and I can't remember the last time or ever they actually made a 10/10 masterpiece of a game that set the world on fire. Assassins Creed Odyssey is one of their only titles to be nominated for GOTY at the game awards. They definitely need a management shakeup as it just hasn't worked for them for so long

I partially agree, there are so many hidden gems out there which have a 60-70 mc that people don't touch but are great games.

But in saying that, I have limited gaming time these days, so I want to play the best of the best. It's a tightrope as I'm skipping games I know I'll enjoy but I want to play the 90 mc's.

Oh wow, they have been my favorite indie publisher for a while, that sucks, hopefully they form their own brand or maybe join Kepler who are quickly becoming the next indie star

Be interesting to watch, Yves Guillemot does seem out of touch. Ubisoft is so large compared to other companies, only Microsoft is bigger I believe, the head count seems huge compared to titles released per year. I cant remember the last time they had a huge hit or made a 10/10 game(if ever).

On a side note Star Wars Outlaws is a good game

Playing the Aloy level of Astro now has me quite excited for Lego Horizon, more games like this are welcome

I've sunk about 20 hours in, and I'd give it a 8. It's just lacking a bit of polish.

Hogwarts legacy should win this by a mile, most of the games have been cheap movie tie ins, and the Lego games were, well Lego games(you've played one, you've played them all)

Yes, but only to get the trophy they released a few weeks ago, since I let my ps plus subscription lapse I haven't been able to log in and grab it.

I actually liked this game to, so I hope the free model does it some good as it is a lot of fun

In NZ the rrp is 899, or 560 usd, I imagine sales have dropped as our economy isn't great at the mo.

Tough one, I'd like to get the next switch for my son, however Nintendo will need to break the voodoo they have as all their successor consoles never do as well as the predecessor. I'm interested to see if xbox will bring out a portable, as a handheld with gamepass seems real appealing. I've also been contemplating a steam deck as I used to primarily game on handhelds for a while, namely the PSP/Vita/DS/3DS so I will buy something. Just don't know if id go back to a PlayStation handheld with how quick they dropped Vita support

I will still play this,it's been on my radar for a long time, ever since they announced it was inspired by FF versus XIII

I'm getting it day one, hoping it will still be fun, but yes game looks average in the graphics department, the explosions really stood out as they looked like 2 gens ago.
Massive released Avatar and that looked great but the gameplay was very repetitive and unexciting so hoping outlaws will be the opposite

I had my eye on this game, but man that gameplay does not look good. We've all played this type of game before. And why are brutes always big bald guys in shirts?

The game doesn't make much sense, the fun part of lego based on franchises is playing and swapping out all your favorite characters, who are you going to play? Aloy? Erend? VArl? Sylens? Who else??

Nintendo has DQIIIHD-2D, so I’m going to say PS will get FF Tactics remastered that was rumoured shown as the square Enix title. A release date for Lost Soul Aside and perhaps Convallaria, God of War Ragnarok PC, Until Dawn update, Concord update, Pragmata update and maybe silent hill 2. Indie wise Little Devil inside release date, and Judas release date, and for VR Half Life Alyx

Edit: of course Astro and Lego Horizon will be there too

Oh man, AAAA gaming is off to a bad start. Even on psnprofiles i had to travel a bit to find it, currently sitting at 438th place with 83 players, sheesh! As a comparison, while scrolling i saw other ubi games like Avatar, Crew Motorfest, AC mirage even Uno was higher. Currently SS KTJL is sitting at 142nd.

On a positive note, Xdefiant is at number 1 for them
