@get2sammyb Pushsquare please next time when you want to make a top 20 list remove every remaster, it doesn't make sense to fill your PS4 list with PS3 games. we have many current gen games that aren't in here like Life is Strange, Guilty Gear Xrd, Transistor, DOOM, Divinity, The Talos Principle, Velocity 2X, DiRT Rally, Mortal Kombat X, Gone Home...
PC: i just start playing Just Cause 3 and replaying missions in DOOM (one the best FPS in years). PS4: Tearaway Unfolded (best remaster/remake on PS4, period) great job Media Molecule the game feels completely new:)
@waluigifan1 "no last of us crap" with all due respect sir, watch your tongue when you wanna talk about The Last of Us. that game is holy. i want a Crash Bandicoot too but sadly i don't think we gonna get one anytime soon:(
PS4 - playing The Division, what a great game really enjoying it. New York City i so detailed and beautiful, lighting is one the best I've ever seen in any video game. great job Massive Entertainment. PC - Need for Speed Rivals PSVita - Oreshika: Tainted Bloodlines it has a weird story with great art style and good gameplay.
@get2sammyb i'm glad yo loved it, it's a such great game. i had an emotional connection with this game that was so unique i cannot describe it. love to see it on Plus because it's a chance for so many players to experience this game.
@kyleforrester87 yes MGSV on PS4 is Superb in terms of technical achievements thanks to FOX engine. it's a shame that we will never see Kojima work with that engine again.
played the demo today, sadly from technical aspect it's terrible. almost everything from anti-aliasing to texture quality, texture filtering and draw distance looks bad. i think that's the reason why Square enix decided to make FFVII Remake with U4 not Luminous. combat system isn't satisfying ether, hold circle for auto attack and hold square for auto defense!!! i know It has been 10 years since we first saw this game but let's be honest here, this game needs a lot of work. i probably won't be buying it until a refined version on PS4k or PC.
and to be clear i have nothing but respect for Lionhead Studios, but Lionhead is't a priority for Sony, Evolution was. in a time when Microsoft has two great racing series (Forza Horizon & Forza Motorsport) Sony needed Evolution especially when Polyphony Digital is as slow as a turtle in making the next GT game.
@adf86 i didn't say Sony wanted them for Evolution Studios!!!!! what i mean is that when Sony has good studios it's better to keep them running and has its focus on them, not ask Ex-Microsoft employees to work for them when their own studios are in danger.
MotorStorm: Pacific Rift was my favorite game in their works, had a blast playing it with my cousins. it makes me sad that i will never play MotorStorm 4 or any other games by Evolution Studios. i wasn't a fan of Driveclub but had high hopes for the sequel. it's shame that Sony closed Evolution Studios when a week before this they asked Lionhead Studios to join their party, what the hell Sony?!!
PC - The Wolf Among Us & Mortal Kombat X PS4 - might play Heavy Rain XOne - waiting for Quantum Break. Remedy is awesome, i hope someday they work with sony to make a jaw-dropping ip for PS4
guys just imagine playing Uncharted 4 campaign in 60fps or games like Bloodborne, Horizon, Until Dawn, Detroit, Final Fantasy XV, God of War reboot and The Last of Us 2 all in 60fps, yes i would upgrade in a heartbeat.
PC: Dying Light Enhanced Edition it's a brilliant, brutal, enjoyable, addictive zombie slayer game. love it. the game is a full package, it has more content that many recent games combined. Techland is a respectful developer especially after all it's supports for Dying Light for free.
@ShogunRok actually 6 is not a bad score specially that this is the first game in the series, so we can hope to see improvements in the future games. and Robert you are a great reviewer, your opinion really matters for me because you play the games for many hours unlike some reviewers in other websites like gamespot or ign, in brief you are a veteran gamer and that's really important.
@ShogunRok good review as always Robert, thanks man. just want to say a little about the story of Arslan, originally it's a Persian legend goes back about 130 years ago, it was a tale that was read to the King Naser al-Din Shah. in 1986 the story translated to Japanese in the name of Arslan Senki and became a really popular novel, after that as most of you know it became a manga, anime and finally this video game that reviewed by our good friend Robert Ramsey.
it's great news, Titanfall has the best shooter mechanics in this gen. way better than COD series. gameplay is faaast and controls are superb and with a good campaign it will go boom!
Gone Home is a magnificent game, in about 3-4 hours it makes a memory for you that cannot be forgotten easily. i played it on PC but will buy it again, this time on PS4 just to support developer Fullbright.
if you interested in great stories and powerful writing in video games then you shouldn't miss Gone Home.
i remember back in 2006 when i first saw the trailer, I WAS BLOWN AWAY... shiny graphics even by today standards, awesome costume design, one the best character designs i ever saw and dark atmosphere oh boy that was EPIC. the game made so many changes through the years but i still believe it will be a great game, not that epic thing i saw back in 2006 but still it has so many potentials that can help it to become one the best games in 2016.
Pre-ordered this beautiful Japanese game from PSN months ago. love Japan Studio their game are always unique.we need a Puppeteer remaster too, many gamers never played that game.
looks great, this style gives them the opportunity to achieve 1080p 60fps more easily than their other game engine they are using for NiER. Platinum Games knows what they are doing and that's because they are one of the best game developers in last decade. 2016 is going to be a big year for them with NiER Automata and Ninja Turtles.
i always wanted to play this gem but never had a GameCube:( good moves Capcom first Dragon Dogma on PC (and hopefully a remaster for PS4) and now this cute little baby:))
@Bananaman678 welcome to Playstation community:) here is a list i recommend: The Last of US (do not hesitate, one of the best games ever made) The Witcher 3 God of War 3 (beautiful and brutal with amazing gameplay) Beyond (fantastic characters and story and shocking graphics) Bloodborne (pushsquare's goty) Tearaway Unfolded (creative, creative and creative) Gravity Rush (it's Coming Soon played it on PSvita it's fantastic) Everybody'd gone to the rapture Until Dawn Metal Gear Solid V Phantom Pain Fallout 4 Destiny Taken King Littlebigplanet 3 Mad Max Life is Strange Batman Arkham Knight The Vanishing of Eathan Carter Dishonored Definitive Edition The Unfinished Swan Journey Resogun Transistor Dragon Quest Heroes Guilty Gear Xrd Bastion Dead Nation Apocalypse Edition Metro Redux Borderlands The Handsome Collection inFamous Second Son Wolfenstein: The New Order Battlefield 4 Dying Light Tomb Raider Definitive Edition Assassin's Creed Unity Oddworld Outlast Brothers Hotline Miami Shadow Warrior Valiant Hearts: The Great War Far Cry 4 Middle-earth Shadow of Mordor Need for Speed Rivals Diablo 3 Strider Child of Light Flower PixelJunk Shooter Ultimate i hope these are enough:))
PS4: Uncharted 2 (uncharted collection is the best remaster yet and U2 is a masterpiece, played it 3 times on PS3 and yet i'm exited like a baby) XOne: Forza Motorsport 6 (FM6 is amazing, GT7 most try really hard to beat this one) PC: Life is Strange & Assassin's Creed Syndicate (LIS has a great story, great soundtracks and it's art style looks beautiful. i love Dontnod Entertainment looking forward to hear more about VAMPYR )
@Gmork___ Exactly, Dead Nation is brilliant and it's one the best PSN games ever. i was hoping for a sequel but Alienation looks promising, so no complaints.
some game i really like to see that are not in the list: Prtal 3 Killzone 4 (a real killzone like killzone 2) Resistance 4 (and the trilogy remaster) inFamous 3 (give me Cole with electricity in a dark city) Uncharted Golden Abyss Remake (not remaster) Heavenly Sword 2 Dead Space 4 L.A. Noire 2 Eternal Sonata 2 Bayonetta 2 or 3 Darksiders 3 Vanquish 2 Metal Gear Rising 2 Yakuza 3,4,5 Remaster
