One of thing to remember though is talk about the community demands this and that and dosnt like whatever is those of us that actual care are a very small amount. Probably like 90% of PlayStation owners have no real interest in what the industry is doing, what Sony are doing, the costs, job losses and massive budgets 🤷 I means nothing to them.

So Sony could focus more on smaller games and smaller GAAS which I will annoy some the more intreasted groups but overall.... Won't really effect anything.

For example spiderman 2 sold so well I don't doubt in any part because of the films so alot of causals got the game as well

Excellent games. Still play 2 reasonable often with friends.

Gutted for the people losing their jobs regardless of if it was live service games or not (no proof either way). Especially trying to find a job in the industry going forwards

What a Shame. I really like their games as well. Especially the quarry but love the slightly jank of the dark pictures games

I never really got into FF7 tried it a couple times but...

Didn't enjoy the first part of the remake to much but I'd till finished once I just focused on the story missions and put the game on easy 😅. Definitely want to pick this up at sometime probably later In the year once I've got through like 4 other massive games on the go 🙄

Tbf I've not had any issue getting on at any point and playing with friends (never randoms) but glad they're getting on top of these issues finnaly. As player numbers drop off after a few weeks will definitely help level everything out server wise

I'm mean tbf isn't really that transparent with anything it does regarding PlayStation so 🤷 no big surprise but it would be nice

It's a great game

Tbf I've bven playing since the weekend with a couple friends (2 on ps5 1 on PC) and outside of having to wait go like 30 secs none of us have had any issues getting on and playing (I never play with randoms so comment on that side of things)

@carlos82 I think a massive release of a game like gta generally give the industry abit of a shot because it makes more people aware of gaming again for abit. I know ubisoft and coupe others are expecting a boost in sales. Same happened with gta 5

I'm looking forward to gta 6.
Still play gta 5 and gta online here and there so can't wait for a new map to explore

I'll get the pro and the Xbox refresh day one as well. Looking forward to the refresh. Already replaced my massive bulky ps5 with a slim 😅

@TheFakulty you'd be surprised how well the steam deck runs stuff 🤷 also most if not all devs get games running on the series S just fine. Let alone add in cloud gaming

Mainly in Co op but still all good solo

I've been part of the all digital future since like a year after the start of the xbox one and ps4 and even had a wedge of 360 and PS3
I'm more then Happy with all digital.

Also I enjoy alan wake 2 but definitely prefer playing as saga and her story then Mr wakes so far.

Some of it also feels that it's being weird just because remedy are being look at us, look how weird and quirky we are, arnt we different 😅

@AdamNovice I mean gamepass makes like 3 billion a year if not more along with even if it is losing money it's an excellent loss leader.
There's reason everyone has copied it and that's the main way to consume basically all media

@NinjaNicky because gamepass and except for a small handful it has all the same games as the ps5 along with millions of people invested in the eco system and that's where they're friends play.
Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision and a 4k disc player that works alot better than the ps5 is also a bonus 🤷

I imagine they will continue to slip down various studios at ABK where people arnt all that needed.

Seems to be the industry in general shedding slot of staff in the past 12 month's. I guess the cost to make games and alot of games don't really make the budgets back.

@Kraven I'll still keep the Xbox as my main console and am happy to buy and future ones because gamepass alone for me make it worth it along ekth everyone I know plays on Xbox and that's where all my games and main profile stuff is. I doubt it would massively effect sales or everyone will move to PlayStation but will just bring more money in for Xbox so why not be a publisher that also makes consoles I suppose 🤷
