No, it wouldn't be better for everyone. If that was the case there wouldn't be such a thing as competition and that's not good for consumers.

I wondered why this is myself. I noticed that any PS Plus Classic that is a Sony game can be purchased but 3rd party games can't be? Great news. It's a shame Resident Evil Director's Cut can't be purchased too.

This is what happens when you lock the game down to only PlayStation. There is no doubt it would of sold more had they released it for Xbox as well.

That doesn't make sense to me... Why wouldnt you just buy the disc drive version in the first place?

For me the voice isn't deep enough. I think if someone is going to do the voice it needs to be close to the Japanese voice actor. Secondly knowing that Yong Yea is doing the voice is off putting for me (and probably most people too) so I'd probably play it in sub anyway. And lastly I'm not knocking Yong Yea but he comes across as someone that has the personality of a plank of wood and that watching paint drying would be more interesting than this guy.

So when any game is sold is it fair to say that more are sold digital than physical now? Or is physical still more on sales?

So why didn't it happen then? What makes them think Square Enix wants to even sell. I think Square Enix would want to be purchased by Sony anyway even if they were willing to sell.

@__jamiie Yeah I agree, PS3 era was a great one. It's a shame really because they never fully utilised PS3. I've always also hated Sony stance on the PS3, it's like they've always looked at it like a mistake they just want to forget about.

@__jamiie I wasn't really talking about all of that being relevant today. I was just responding to that guy who was sort of downplaying the PS3 and all of that I mentioned to you is how it was back in the day. I do think it's a joke however that PS5 doesn't even have an Internet Browser when TVs have them built in as well as Xbox does too. PS5 also doesn't have a media player which is something PS4 has, even PS3 could and that was over 10 years ago.

@GorosBat Don't disrespect the PS3. The PS3 was revolutionary back in the day and in my opinion the best PlayStation ever made, even now there's things the PS3 can do that not even PS4 and PS5 can do. It was way ahead of it's time.

Might not buy this game now with him being the English voice. He may be a nice guy in real life but I personally find he comes across as the type of guy that has the personality of a wooden plank, watching paint dry would be better than hanging around with this guy.

The fact that FF7 Rebirth needs 2 discs just goes to show just how much bigger it will be compared to FF16.

One thing you can do is make PS3 games downloadable and playable natively like the other games. Also, start putting PS2 games into the PS Plus Premium instead of it always being PS1 and PSP.
