@ApostateMage Thats a good point, and also the reason I was very excited about the game at release. But the gameplay, characters and pacing wasn´t my thing.

Never liked that game tbh.

Well, for me the race for the number one spot is tight between VII and VIII. And VIII winning with a small margin. I was a troubled teenager with no friends at the time and Squall and his friends story hit me in the guts.

That characters running animation is straight outta DS1, and we have gotten a long way from that.

Sad thing to notice, but I haven´t played any of these games. I´m still going through my backlog and buying older games with big discounts.

@Xiovanni Agree fully. As a normal guy playing games, A game can be stuck in my head for weeks.

This is the ONE game I´m so excited of that I can´t stand this wait!

This is surreal. As a hardcore FF7 fan, I still haven´t bought the remake. BUT THIS! I barely can keep my pants on!

Wow, I could never disagree with a list more. Buuut, these kind of lists are authors own opinions, I understand. Still disagree with almost every digit.

Damn. Again, I´m, getting excited about something only to realize that it´s an 2D-side scrolling game. Nothing bad about that, its just that I have played myself out of those kind of games since the 90´s.

@Grindagger YES, That exactly. Loss of profit is the term i was searching for.

Waiting for a year or two. They will update the console and fix small problems which are inevitable in a freshly launched machine. People have been playing on the console and reported problems with it for over a year. And then when the uplifted and updated console comes out, thats when I buy it.

@Grindagger The way I said it was because English isn´t my native language and I don´t have the necessary vocabulary to explain properly. I mean´t overall the way people were talking about as if Sony was handing out money and it would somehow damage them financially.

Heavens no. I would never pay that amount of money for a game.

@tameshiyaku Not for me. I´d rather have something like this than an never ending horde of sidescrolling 2d pixelated platformers from indie developers.
