@Stocksy if Def Jam Vendetta got a remake I would have to break my rule of not buying remakes.

@mrtennis1990 I dunno... combat looks straight out of Dark Souls 1, and the setting is closer to Nioh’s medieval horror rather than Sekiro’s more mystical vibe.

I know I’m splitting hairs here.

Looks like sounds and animations were ripped out straight from From Software games, especially Sekiro and Dark Souls.

Not feeling it... Combat doesn't look as precise as even the older Souls.

wukong was different and special , this is just a fromsoftware clone with the same sound effect , no originality whatsoever

Using an xb controller, right? Press A, Y for this action. The fact those are the actual in game prompts, means multiplat? Or just placeholders?

I'm not very good at these types of games but at the price I might look into this one.

@PhhhCough you will probably find that to be pc controller. Its pretty much universal now that microsofts xbox controller follows the same configuration for buttons and you can have a wired or wireless xbox controller as a pc one as they are cross compatible.

And, strangely enough, I´m okay with that.
And it´s coming from a chinese Indie studio no less.

It's a literal rip off from the animations, sound effects, to the boss itself. The boss has animations taken straight off of Bloodborne's Blood Starved Beast.

This this was coming out sooner then I would be worried. This game feels a little slow and chunky. But, since this is coming out in two years from now then that is fantastic.

@Icey664 I'm getting the impression that some people have forgotten what an action role playing game is, not just infinite Demon Souls/Bloodborne rehashes.

@BoldAndBrash I first heard them because they are on the same record label as L'Imperatrice, Lomboy and some other artists I like. But yeah it's great stuff! Hope your hangover isn't bad today!

Like I said, this is just Bloodborne, down with some animations from the main character to the Boss they showed, to the sound design, but in a different setting.
I´m okay being the same type of game in a different setting.
But should adress the fact that a lot of people are going to compare the two and may not like it one bit.
Wich means, at some point, they will probably change it.
Maybe.......

That characters running animation is straight outta DS1, and we have gotten a long way from that.
