Great games this month, shame I own two of them 😆

I have a question about this remaster.

I got HZD way back shortly after launch, never completed it. I think I got inside the vault thing place in motherland, anyway, I digress. I do not own the Frozen Wilds expansion, but as I own the original would I get the FW expansion if I paid for the £10 upgrade to the remastered?

Sony NOW selling refurbished PS5 Consoles! I'm sorry, but it's not a new or recent thing, my brother got is kids a refurbed PS5 direct from Sony last year....

This news story makes it sound like it's a brand new thing 🤨

So.....what happened to Plucky Squire? Still saying "Announced" no purchase/download (PS+) option!!

My favourite Rougelike game is Bastion. Even if it never received a Next Gen update. I prefer it to some if the above contenders.

Pretty frustrating when you own almost all of them (in the Extra Tier).

MLB The Show 23 was on PS Plus last year (October I think) and I am guessing next year we will get MLB The Show 25 around Sept/Oct 2025.

Quidditch and Little Nightmares II seem like they may be interesting.

I do understand why so advertise "For the Players" when its obviously not. It should be "For the Profits" 🙃

If Sony didn't block or cancel the sequels to their Playstation Exclusives, there is a possibility that PS5 sales would be where they expected and gamers would be happy!

I loved these games, played it on PS1 but didn't finish it as I remember my memory card corrupted and all me save's were gone. Including FF8, Legacy of Kain, and I was almost to the end of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night....the pain of a losing saved games on a memory card!!

It's quite frustrating when you own most of the games. Also, I haven't played an NHL game since 1995 on the SNES...so, just maybe, I might try this NHL game....maybe.

@Anke I was just about to say a similar comment although the last one I played was NHL '95 on Super Nintendo. I think I will give this one a try as I already own the other two games.

Why do people whine about the difficulty of a game? "It's too easy" or "It's rigged for you to lose", "It's too difficult and unfair".

Anyone born before at least 1995 know the true pain of difficult games! You're all a bunch of complainers afraid of a challenge.

I for one enjoyed Shadow of the Erdtree and happily finished it about an hour ago.

I dusted off my PS2 and played Tomb Raider Legend, while my wife played it on the PS5 next to me and to be honest the original looks way better, plays smoother and even has better sound. I think the emulation is somewhat lazy, especially as Sony have the source code of a PS2 but looks like it was coded as a school project.

Thank the Gaming Gods I redeemed my 25k points on Tuesday on 5x £20 😁

I am looking forward to this. I have been a fan of these types of games for a long time. Anyone born before 2000 will never understand what true difficulty is in a video game.

It's very frustrating when you own almost all the extra games. I still have my original copy of G-Police, among a wide collection of PS1 games. I own circa 300 games, including Castlevania:Symphony of the Night Limited Edition (Sealed) as I am led to believe this is worth something.

For me its Days Gone, even if it's not on the list!! Sony's motto "For The Players" is nothing more than that, they don't stand by it, that's for sure. If they did, they wouldn't overlook on some great games.

I currently use the Razer Raiju Tournament Edition, and I have since 2019. It still works flawlessly, no stick drift or issues of any sort. Between 2014 and 2019 I went through 7 Official PS4 controllers and every single controller developed the exact same issue on the Left Analogue Stick.

I will admit I do own all the about games but I have replayed Killzone Shadowfall more times than I can recall. It's not the best, but I do think it's an underrated game. Such a shame that Guerilla have killed the franchise off. I love to see a fully remastered version of the original trilogy, possibly using Unreal 5 Engine.

I already have Mafia 2 from PS Plus about 10 years ago, followed by a "Free" Definitive Edition upgrade. This selection is lazy.

Disappointed.

I am disappointed in the over inflated price hike, especially of you prefer to buy 12 months instead of monthly. I did however get a few 12 months subscriptions last Christmas and in my birthday cards (6x PS Plus Premium). So I am safe as I did stack 2 of them and I have 4 in my sock drawer when I need them 🤣

I am a fan of most square enix games and i would love to see a remake/remaster of Bahamut Lagoon. I had a PAL converter cartridge for my SNES so I could play JP/NTSC games. Funnily enough, Japanese games is how I learned to read and understand the Japanese language.

Prine of Persia in my opinion is one of those stories were you can have 10 games based on or around the character (The Prince of Persia) and have 10 different stories.

I loved the original PoP when I was 8 playing it on the Apple II (Kids these days know nothing about challenging games). The worst ever PoP is would be Prince of Persia 3D from 1999. I remember it came with free with my nVidia GeForce 64MB AGP Graphics Card.

I am disappointed the PoP:SoT is not anywhere in sight, I for one would give this new game a try.

The multiplayer games looked awful, especially the Pay Day & Splatoon ripoff's

Absolutely disappointed with Sony. Thankfully i have a Switch and Xbox series x to fall back on until MGS Snake Eater and Spider-Man 2 get released

Has nobody noticed that Descenders is currently available on PS Plus Extra!! I believe Sony is getting lazy with PS Plus Essential games each month. Isn't the idea of Higher Tier subscriptions to give those people more options? I will point out Grid & Chivalry are awesome, I already own these.
