To all those whining about "no gameplay", they just had like a TEN MINUTE gameplay demonstration at their last State of Play. That's what the game will look like and play like. Are you worried it's going to ship as a kart racing or hockey game now?

@Boxmonkey uh the box office is on pace to have its best year since COVID, and The Odyssey is going to be massive. Maybe go to better movies or to the theater at times in which other people do?

@nomither6 been subscribed for years. Beat the new Resident Evil, Pragmata, Adventures of Elliot, 007 just within the last couple months and paid a fraction of what it would cost to own (ie beat and then never play again).

That's fine. I'm getting it from Gamefly, beating it and returning it. I'll get the exact same experience as those who own it, at a fraction of the price, and with no plastic ***** taking up space in my house.

@Eld I don't care about owning games. I got into this hobby to play them, not own them. I buy maybe 2 full priced AAA games a year, everything else I either rent from Gamefly, check out from the local library, or purchase at a deep discount. I'll pay full price for indies or games from developers I like, but otherwise no.

Gamers (especially the ones who post on sites like these) are so myopic and hysterical, ready to GIVE UP GAMING FOR GOOD. No you won't. Get real. You're Mad Online, and by September when Wolverine, Onimusha, Silent Hill and Control are all out, most of your will buy them all...and digitally.

"Protest" by purchasing a physical copy of Wolverine and cancel your digital one.

Anyone know what RE9 and Pragmata ran at on PS5? I guess if it wasn't 60 FPS I will have to retroactively hate those games now

I've been playing games for 35 years and couldn't tell you what the FPS average was in literally any of the thousands of games I've played.

The same players who cry about mandatory online checks love how their games are constantly updated via online updates to make them better.
