@Bez87 yeah destiny 2 I pick up once in awhile. I have fun when I play but don’t play often. Kinda waiting til end of final shape to get back in. I’m curious where it’s going. Havnt checked news lately so maybe it’s already been said. This may sound crazy but I said couple years ago what I thought wouek be cool. What if xur has been a spy this whole time. Giving us weapons and armor just so he has reason to be here every weekend. What if he is part of whole race/races of evil/they think they are good and want to destroy us. I know sounds crazy. But him being a spy the whole game wouek be cool to me

@Bez87 you know they have a couple of pretty big games coming out right?I don’t think they have lot of time to mess around. They are gonna finish this light and dark story that’s been going on for long time. But marathon and matter which is a codename are being worked on. Looks like Matter is ps5 exclusive from what I’ve read. It’s 3rd person game.

@ShogunRok ok. Thank you. I will still give a go then. I do prefer games where characters are not limited to certain weapons. But when a game is very good in other areas I’m ok with it. So with being able to swap that helps. Again thank you

@ShogunRok can’t remember if part one had rules on weapons or not. I think it did. But before I go buy this I just curious are weapons locked to specific classes?I think I saw one class that can use anything. May be wrong. Gotten picky about games with age. Gaming for 42 years on every console. I’m at the end so I like what I like. Can the classes use weapons outside their class? Thank you in advance

I’ll never understand certain gamers when a game comes out. They will post on the message board stuff like I won’t be playing this it’s not my type of game. I didn’t play first one so won’t be playing this one. Or just simple I’m not interested in this game. I don’t understand this. Like do people think that everyone is literally waiting just to see if you play the game?lol. Like every person on here is on pins and needles because they are so curious if you like this game lol. Also hasn’t had his ass tore up for being crybaby for not getting his way. Lol yeah kinda long response. But reading his post this scenario happened in my head a lot faster than I can type. @Hesse diehard Socom fan here. Socom 2 was the pinnacle of the series. But I have waited for Socom reboot or new game for just too long now. May sound crazy but when I feel need for Socom. I load in to ghost recon wildlands PvP. I truly feel it is what Socom would have evolved into. Especially player movements. On ps5 if we could remove drones. Have 8vs8 and little smaller maps it would be Socom. Sandstorm insurgency is like a first person Socom with one bullet kills. In fact on pc it has some Socom mods with maps and all. I may get steam deck to play those on my tv. But what I’d love now is a full blow remake of Warhawk. These guys could make a new Warhawk easily. Maybe a little help from bungie for the ships and air combat. But these guys could make the ground combat with troops tanks trucks and all ground weapon mounts and all. A new fully funded Warhawk on ps5 would be mind blowing. Starhawk was ok. It lost some of Warhawks soul I felt at the time.

@Nightcrawler71 what I did the first game I played. Just wanted to get a feel for it. Even on easy it can get a little hectic. Well at least on my first few games. After get the control and feel of the game solo gets a little easier.

@Falien I played solo. Didn’t have bots. I don’t think will have bots with friendly fire on. Just wouldn’t make sense. At least to me. But solo can be played.

@RBMango gives me hope for a ps5 level Warhawk reboot. Maybe bungie and Bluepoint could work together on that. Yeah I dream. Socom is overdue for reboot. Maybe Helldivers 2 is the start of ps2 and 3 multiplayer games coming back. Who knows. But this is a great start.

I actually had fun with it. When I wasn’t getting kicked out of it. I got Sony to refund it. Not a lot they could argue. The game isn’t in the best shape. I know once they iron out these issues this is gonna be a really good Sony multiplayer. Granted I had to sit in que to get refund. People say Sony and Xbox don’t do refunds. They both do. Can’t play the game for hours then ask. And game has to have legitimate issue. I’ll get it again in month sir so maybe pre owned at GameStop instead of digital

Gears of war trilogy would be my second. I mean I know it’s more than one but I’d like masterchief collection on ps5. Running 120 would be great. And my favorite will always be Reach. The last great halo and of course Bungie made it. My opinion that was the pinnacle of halo. 3 great reach greater. Just me

Totally different game. But I swear all I can think is these guys could bring back Warhawk to the PlayStation. All it needs is ground vehicles and a ton of different Warhawks. Which would be great if bungie created those. We know they can create ships and tanks for that matter. Had tanks in destiny 1 PvP for a bit.

Would be funny if halo infinite sold more copies on ps store in couple months than it has since released on Xbox lol. I say some Sony fans would buy it just because…it’s crazy you can play it on ps5 and 4. I’d buy it. I like halo once in awhile for nostalgia reasons.

@SeanOhOgain I don’t see halo gears or forza being on ps for awhile. I see Microsoft dripping games of theirs into ps and Nintendo to test the reaction. Sea of thieves type games. Now I will say. If halo infinite and master chief collection dropped on ps store I bet that ***** would sell like crazy. Sure people will buy to play but a lot would buy also because it’s just insane to think you are playing halo on ps5 lol. I say it would sell a ton. Not talking gamepass. Ps gamers wouel buy halo and probably gears too like a damn new release. Big numbers. Ps4 and ps5 can run halo easy. So huge built in base buying an Xbox game at big numbers. But I don’t think they are gonna give us those type games for awhile.

Their parents never spanked their ass. These people feel entitled just because they were raised that way. This can mean any generation too. Parents in my gen “I’m 48” let their kids do whatever too. I know one who got everything he wanted. Did stupid ***** all time and parents never stopped him. He is in prison for murder as I type. Has been since 1998.

I would pay whatever If Sony would release remastered versions of Champions of Norrath and Champions Return to arms. Those two games were freaking awesome on ps2. I know people are tired of remasters. But something like those two games are definitely old enough to be remastered. They would be like brand new game to younger players and just be amazing for older gamers to revisit. Id love for Socom to return but there are shooters like GR wildlands and breakpoint that I say are what Socom would have evolved into. Champions of norrath and champions return to arms id much rather be remastered at this point.

Playing ghost recon breakpoint PvP telling myself this is as close to Socom is I’m going to get before my gaming days are over lol.

I’m not digging the controls right now. I’m gonna keep trying to tweak settings see if I can find a comfortable spot. On ps5 so using a controller. Weapon aiming just feels off to me. If I can find my personal good spot I’d like it more. Sure it’s another shooter that will rely on people buying cosmetics but it’s actually very well made. I think with more maps modes and Weapons this could be a big deal. Over time.

@Luigia same with gran Turismo 7. Well few cents cheaper but still. It’s the 25 anniversary edition and it’s basically same price as standard. They did have standard for 40 on last sale though.

Gonna play Dragons Dogma DA because never played. Play dragons dogma just not DA. Still on baldurs gate 3 but dragons dogma will be little change of pace. Plus maybe get me more excited for dragons dogma 2.

@lightningbolt79 overpriced? Really? Most of what I hear online and from all my friends who pre ordered they thought was gonna be more and are happy it’s only 199. But obviously I understand some might think it’s overpriced. I get that.

@Tecinthebrain Nintendo has not had oled the whole time. This I would call a test run for Sony. If this sells really well like it looks to do I’m sure they will upgrade in year or so. The screen will be fine for now. If I can play baldurs gate 3 anywhere there is Wi-Fi the screen won’t bother me at all. Sure oled will look better. But just being able to play my ps5 games pretty much anywhere is big enough deal for me. Just my opinion.

I saw a leak that said the big surprise today will be a complete remake of Warhawk. Bungie and guerrilla doing a collaboration on this. We already know bungie can create some damn cool aircraft. They have some ground vehicles too from destiny. And guerrilla handling soldier combat will also be really good. Obviously non of what I just said is true. Just me dreaming and typing.

@lightningbolt79 I didn’t mean to come off as big ass as I did. Just read what I wrote again. I don’t like making this stuff about ps vs Xbox either. Im a gamer. I have series x and ps5. Since launch I have to say ps5 has just dominated. And as far as games that are on both,why would I choose Xbox? We choose our systems based on exclusives for most part. Sony continues to release amazing exclusives. I was hyped for halo infinite. But it just wasn’t that great to me. I’m no racing fan so forza is no go. As far as an S I have one one in bedroom. Mainly for streaming. But I would take the more expensive ps5 over that again for games. If my wife said you have to sell 2 systems it would be both my Xbox’s. I’m not gonna miss out on spider man 2. Wolverine probably next year. And of course ps games I playing now. I only looked forward to couple Xbox games. Starfield and avowed. Starfield is great. But still not reason to buy x instead of ps. That’s just my opinion. Last thing. Sony working on around 10 multiplayer games. No clue what are but I’m thinking something in there is gonna be mind blowing. My dream is a new Warhawk made by bungie lol.
