Re: Poll: Are You Happy with Your PS Plus Extra, Premium Games for August 2025?

Mr_Singh

@CaptainWow Same could be said for people who are whining or feeling outraged that Spiderman is returning to the PS plus. For one, its the remastered version thats on PS plus now and not the original PS4 one, and two its a relief for me since I have Spiderman 2 but would really have loved to experience and complete the first one, and now I have the chance to do so.

Re: Poll: Are You Happy with Your PS Plus Extra, Premium Games for August 2025?

Mr_Singh

@nessisonett Actually I don’t ever recall Spiderman Remastered being added to PS Extra or Plus before. I may be wrong, but it was only the original PS4 version of Spiderman, and I see no harm what so ever in getting this back up if it allows users to experience it for the first time, or for whatever reason for that matter. Again, I may be wrong. I mean I didn’t get to play it and was really hoping to before I got around playing Spiderman 2, so it’a a relief for me.

Re: 12 PS Plus Extra, Premium Games for August 2025 Announced

Mr_Singh

YES!! So happy and excited Spiderman remastered for PS5 is coming. I’ve had Spiderman 2 for ages but never really got around to it, however as of recent I was thinking I should play the original Spiderman first except it wasn’t on Extra or Premium. Just randomly seeing this is good to know. Will definitely be playing Spiderman first.

Re: Keep an Eye on ENDS, a GTA-Inspired Sandbox RPG Set in London

Mr_Singh

I’ve always wanted a gritty/urban game set in the UK, especially in London with a ‘roadman’ type of vibe. Hopefully this has some potential which then prompts another developer to make a full scale game. The only ones that delivered were The Getaway 1 and 2, nothing since then has had the same type of setting. Watch Dogs Legion had potential but fell short in my opinion.

Re: Sony Veterans Notice Their Purchased PS3 Avatars Have Gone Missing

Mr_Singh

I’m actually surprised that Sony allowed these original PSN avatars to remain all these years, so happy and glad as it just strikes the good old 2008 / 2009 nostalgia. As long as they don’t remove them I’m happy. Saying that however, I do have some really good PS3 ones that I had bought, and it would be really stupid of Sony to remove them all for the sake of ‘We’re Sony and we can do whatever we like.’

Re: Best Bethesda Games on PS5

Mr_Singh

Indiana Jones was amazing, blew my expectations. Glad to see it got the attention it deserves.

Meanwhile….. see you all in another 3 years to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Elder Scrolls 6 trailer.

Re: Ambitious, AAA PS5 Exclusive to Deliver Ground-Breaking Story and Atmosphere

Mr_Singh

@Muscleblackcop What nonsense are you barking or regurgitating? Who is “ya’ll”? Spoken like some underdeveloped person that seems to have categorised me as part of some collective all because I said the original Until Dawn holds up fine and doesn’t need a sequel. EDIT: Just noticed reading comprehension isn’t quite there for you either as another user had referred to the remake being made in the past and then you questioned it as if they were speaking in future tense… yikes.

Re: Ambitious, AAA PS5 Exclusive to Deliver Ground-Breaking Story and Atmosphere

Mr_Singh

Man!!!!!!……. I really got my hopes sooooo high with that Forbidden Siren image. Why!? I loved the Forbidden Siren games so much and would have loved another entry haha. I honestly got so excited seeing that image thinking a new title was being announced. But regarding Until Dawn, I personally think it doesn’t need a sequel, the original/remake hold up perfectly.

Re: Y'Know What? This New Goosebumps PS5 Game Could Be Good Fun

Mr_Singh

I have always had a deep appreciation for Goosebumps growing up. It was one of those formative series that managed to blend horror with imagination in a way that really stuck with you as a kid. That said, when it comes to a game adaptation, I would be far more interested in something that pushes the envelope a bit more in terms of psychological horror, something darker, more intense, and unsettling.

While it is clear that Goosebumps is primarily targeted at a younger audience, there is no denying that some episodes genuinely left a lasting impression. Many of us can probably still recall the chilling intro sequence or that bizarre glowing eyed dog that set the tone right away. Despite being made for children, it was not afraid to tread into eerie territory and that is exactly the kind of energy I would love to see channeled into a game.

Of course, it is unlikely they would ever release a Goosebumps game rated 18 plus, but a version aimed at a slightly older audience, say 16 plus, could strike a great balance. It could retain the essence of the original series while delivering a deeper, more unsettling experience. While I could still see myself enjoying a more kid friendly adaptation, there is no question the overall scare factor has been dialed down over the years.

That is why I think there is a real opportunity here to explore a more mature, suspense driven take on the world of Goosebumps, something that honors what made it so memorable but evolves with its original audience.

Re: Rumour: Sony Wants Warner Bros' Gaming Assets, Like Mortal Kombat

Mr_Singh

Man, I hope this is true. I’d prefer Sony to have Mortal Kombat over Warner Bros any day, only because I would LOVE to start seeing some Sony/Playstation exclusive characters as guest/DLC characters in the next MK games. Just imagine if current version of Kratos was brought back in and they added alongside someone like Jin Sakai haha. I heavily doubt it though as MK is a multi-platform title and couldn’t see Sony allowing Xbox players being able to use the characters.

Re: Red Dead Redemption 2's PS5 Version Could Be Announced Next Week

Mr_Singh

@Bionic-Spencer 100% agreed, it was the exact same for me. I really loved the first one back when I played it in 2011, however the second one just didn't hit it for me. Despite that, I still completed the game but there was never really a moment where it felt mind-blowing or exciting enough as it had just got to a point where I wanted it over and done with. However a few years after that, seeing lots of videos about it such as the detail in the world as well as other appreciation/praise of the game has really made me want to play it again and perhaps hope for a different feeling/opinion this time around. The only thing stopping me doing that was the hope for a upgraded PS5 version, but now that looks like it may come into fruition.
