I’d say if this was the plan , save the money and don’t bother - it will be an absolute feast for a sony kicking vs ms on social media not a great place to re highlight the value proposition . This is a fight they should not have even got involved in

Also why do we not get crunchy roll it’s Sony owned but it’s a gamespass perk - I for one am feeling sore that I can’t watch the shenmue anime where Xbox owners can ? Same applies to the still on games pass mlb the show

@Flurpsel shame it played great on last gen for me , it’s been patched since then and this patch too so the games in good shape - like I say the story , characters and emotion are this games killer app always has been the other stuff is filler and set dressing

I’ll be honest I played it at launch and had a fab time the story was what drew me in , if you haven’t played it by now you probably never will.

This reminds me when we see a nms patch drop and people comment they might dust it off and play now - I’ve sank 600 hours into that game since launch - it was fab then and just got better .

Cyberpunk is a good game - play it now

@vapidwolf1 yep if we take a step back we have got some good gaming months ahead of us , games pass is a cheap all you can eat buffet from my experience- playstation offers a fine dining experience - I’m happy with the status quo and if anyone wants a series s they are frightfully affordable right now but so far I’ve been happy with ps5 - hell I spend more time on my ps3 than is healthy considering it’s 2 gens old at this point

But all that 360 bloat/no interest in that - ms has some very vocal support for gamespass and that is turning heads either to games pass or screaming at Sony they want the same ? Let’s all get back to enjoying the games and the rest will take care of its self #imnotspartacus

I think their IPs nearly do , bigger boys nintendo, it’s their studios and games quality any way - Sony is not afraid to try a new IP instead of sticking with the same limited franchises - I for one don’t like the moves away to a subscription service - Sony and nintendo need to lock in the physical buyers and make that their model that will pay for their high end boutique games model. This is like the Wii era with everyone fawning over motion controls with Sony and ms trying to compete , they shouldn’t have bothered and just stuck to being good at what they do and not panic.

I really don’t understand force dropping a platinum of a brand new ps5 game with your PS4 save ? Do people really spend that money to get a game , never play it and just drop the platinum ? How odd ? Someone justify this to me so I can understand ?

I find this whole to those that can’t get a ps5 thing a little tiresome I know people are really struggling to get a ps5 but they’ve shipped more ps5s in the same time frame as they shipped PS4 . I know people are grumpy because ms bought Activision right now but these are value add free games - they can still be added to library as you’ve said before during the launch window so when you do upgrade boom a ps5 library in the waiting ?

Sony have always been a little inconsistent and these things are locked in for months in advance , did we really expect them to come out swinging giving free stuff left right and Chelsea ? They can’t afford too - this project Spartacus - I hope it doesn’t come - as long term it will hurt Sony - short term people will be happy - no people will moan.

Sony need to lock down and become more like Nintendo in this new wave of the gaming battleground if they become more like MS they’ll be gone in ten years - bankrupt

Just keep squeezing out the exclusives as they do at regular intervals maintain good titles or improve those that come to plus .

Just focus on what makes Sony good let MS do what they want , PS5 still the best selling console , still the best place for third parties to make money , let’s all make a pact to move on and keep supporting Sony doing what they do best

I’d argue as long as they need to be , I’ve played games that you can finish in an hour that were pants and overstayed their welcome and vice Versa - this measurement shouldnt be applied to 100% max completion rather but rather main quest

@LiamCroft always do a fine job of keeping it clean from spoilers - never had a game spoilt on here yet - proper gamers even though to remove said comments they get it spoiled for them selves

MLB 18 such a great game even if your not initially a fan of the sport - this is one amazing oft overlooked PS4 exclusive that doesn’t get enough hype ! I’m already excited for 19
