In first example, they only have 1 save file, in the second they click continue. In both examples the single save file could have been loaded when the game was loading.
I would be more interested in seeing someone load a save file that wasn't the one at the top (or their most recent). Common sense dictates most people will continue with their last save file...
1st person games give me motion sickness unless they run really really smoothly (ie 60fps) with low or well done motion blur. I'm looking forward to Avowed, you can choose either view which is great
I disagree totally with this "Frankly, the beta was a technical mess on Sony's base system". I was playing on a 55 4k LG TV in resolution mode with VRR. It sounds like everyone complaining here put it on performance mode, then chose to moan about it. It was your choice...
@ScottyG I totally agree, I can't believe the comments here. I played for 4 hours, Prioritise Resolution, 120hz on the LG 55 TV so I guess it was about 40fps in reality but it was smooth. Apart from 1 crash it runs and looks great. I turned on the motion sickness settings as well, maybe this helps but I don't know... Bear in mind I'm pretty sensitive to motion blur and low fps, etc. I gave up playing FFXVI after an hour I felt so sick. I'm hoping to give it another try on the PS5 Pro soon though
Great to see cross-progression and saving finally working. If only Ubisoft can fix the issues with the Ubisoft+ sub on Xbox not working at all for many people, myself included. I can no longer play the game or access my save to push to the cloud. I would like to try and continue with it on GeForce Now but I don't want to start over tbh
I have to say, I've been playing for 7 hours solid (went to New Zealand on Xbox, hehe), it's a really good game, it's a 9 or 10 from me. I am a Star Wars fan but still, it's great fun. I suggest you give it a go on Ubi+ for a month at £15 to try, I don't think you'll regret it
@Drago201 I am sill living in hope. Even with the previous addition of sliders for motion blur etc. I had to stop playing because of motion sickness. I don't know what it is about their tech, but it's the only game that makes me feel that way.

Re: You Can Now Pre-Order God of War's 20th Anniversary PS5 Controller
Sheesh, they are taking the p**s, lol. Take a look at the Witcher Xbox controller, that's how it's done
Re: Promising Mountaineering Adventure Cairn Delays the Climb to Early 2026 on PS5
Thank god, the frame rate was so bad I felt ill, had to give up. Maybe it will be better in the updated demo...
Re: Marvel's Wolverine Re-Reveal Has Gone Down Extremely Well with PS5 Fans
And I was one of the 5%, lol. I've lost all interest in Marvel, superheroes et al... Maybe it's a generational thing, I am a bit of an old git now
Re: Mafia: The Old Country Looks More Like Uncharted with Each New Trailer
I've enjoyed the Mafia games in the past but this just does not interest me at all. It just doesn't feel like a Mafia game to me.

Re: Mini Review: The Alters (PS5) - Thought-Provoking Sci-Fi Caper Is 11 Bit Studios' Best Game Yet
Played the demo on PC a while back and loved it. It's coming to Game Pass Ultimate day 1 so even better

Re: Never Has a Game Looked So Good Yet So Jank as PS5's Neo Berlin 2087
Has a definite "The Day Before" vibe for me.
