I want Time Crisis and Point Blank to make big comebacks on VR. Other than that, more third person games, like Moss. Couch co-op games too.
I really enjoy PSVR2, but not so much the walking around games, which is a total surprise to me. I don't really get motion sickness (except when I had a cold), they just don't feel as magical as some of the more quirky games.
Surely there'll be more to it... cloud gaming, maybe? Would you need premium if it did have that? Could you use it as a little second screen in certain games wii u pad style? Display the map or hud or whatever. Will it be able to link directly to the PS5, so you can still use it with terrible internet? Are they just aiming for a smoother remote play experience with dualsense features? I reckon it'll be at least Β£200.
The Plucky Squire and Phantom Blade ΓΈ looked great. Also like the look of Neva. Disappointed not to see PSVR2 Astrobot or any non first person VR2 games.
I played the Ghostrunner trial not long ago and the only reason I never bought the full game was because of how much time I sunk into perfecting the trial for the fastest time. Hopefully with the full game I won't be as obsessive and can just enjoy it π
@es_lion Yes, it does work. I did it woth sackboy. I had to "download" the free trial from the other account too, but as it was already downloaded I could play instantly. Which was nice, because I'd started the download when I went to bed, so the five hours had long passed
My download took longer than the five hours, so I couldn't play, so I switched to my wife's account and "downloaded" the free trial from there and was then able to play. For anyone else with slow internet β
@THGhost Just had a look and on the main store page there's a small sponsored thumnail in the top 'Must see' section that leads to the PS5 version, but that's the only place I can currently find it and sometimes it isn't even there.
@THGhost - Weird. It was on the UK PS5 store for me on the first day it was available. I actually just searched Crash and it was the first thing that came up with the option of upgrading disc free or buying digital for Β£38.99. I had the crash 4 disc in the ps5 at the time, so maybe you could try that π€·ββοΈ
@THGhost yeah. Search Crash Bandicoot 4 It's About Time Upgrade on the shop and it gives you the option to upgrade free with disc. Download is about 20GB.
Before you delete the 45GB PS4 version though, make sure you go on it and Upload the save file from in game, to then transfer it to the PS5 version of the game. Once that's done, go ahead and delete the PS4 version and free up some space. You'll still need to insert the PS4 disc to play the PS5 version.
I find that if I'm struggling with something, watching a video of it being done successfully really helps. I think this is a great addition. You still have to actually do it and you don't have to get help if you don't want/need it.
@pip_muzz From what I remember, a lot of the tougher bosses had checkpoints almost immediately before them. For those that didn't, couldn't you just stealth/grapple/run past most of the grunts? You didn't have to kill them every time. But yes, a checkpoint immediately before every boss would be more convenient.
It's kind of the same concept as the multi phase bosses. You always have to get through those first phases before dying on the final phase again and again and again π I guess that's why the multi phase bosses tend to have checkpoints right outside. Maybe that's how they decided it.
@InvaderJim I got a text confirmation from Argos 47 hours and 56 minutes after ordering. Nothing before that, but my order was processing in my account, so I guess as long as it's there, it should be okay for anyone that's worried..
@get2sammyb he said the promotion was only available in the US, which I guess it was with Butterfingers, but Batchelors ran the same promotion here on their Super Noodles and Pasta 'n' Sauce. Saying that, the original commenter was a little harsh π

Re: Sony's New PS5 Earbuds and Headset Get Release Dates, Pre-Order Details
@IronMike Looks like US is getting a lower price for some reason, as EURO price is 219.99, which is usually the same as US number.
Re: Exciting Game Announcements and Reveals Planned for Bandai Namco's Summer Showcase
I just want Point Blank and Time Crisis on PSVR2 π

Re: Instant Character Swapping in Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Is Unlimited in the Open World
Hopefully you can ping a location on the map to the other Spider-Man and then swap to them to do whatever quest or challenge as a form of fast travel.

The Last of Us Remastered didn't trigger it for me. Redownloaded Control.

Re: Hands On: The New PS App Is a Humongous Upgrade
I got it on Thursday on Android in the UK. I went into the Play Store and did it. It wasn't automatic.
Anyway, I like it. I imagine they're still gonna fiddle around here and there and tweak bits and bobs.
I guess I'll delete the PS Messages app now as it's redundant.

I could do with Horizon Zero Dawn, because I'm halfway through and appear to have misplaced the disc π£
Maybe something like Celeste as the 2nd.
Re: Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales Has an Achievable PS5, PS4 Platinum Trophy
@glassmusic The new shop with PS5 stuff should have it. It's available on this page https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/games/marvels-spider-man-miles-morales/ Β£69.99 which is presumably digital.
