Re: Feature: PSVR2 Three Months Later - The Good, The Bad, and The Worrying

I want Time Crisis and Point Blank to make big comebacks on VR. Other than that, more third person games, like Moss. Couch co-op games too.

I really enjoy PSVR2, but not so much the walking around games, which is a total surprise to me. I don't really get motion sickness (except when I had a cold), they just don't feel as magical as some of the more quirky games.

Re: PS5 Remote Play Handheld Allegedly Has Just Four Hours of Battery Life

Surely there'll be more to it... cloud gaming, maybe? Would you need premium if it did have that? Could you use it as a little second screen in certain games wii u pad style? Display the map or hud or whatever. Will it be able to link directly to the PS5, so you can still use it with terrible internet? Are they just aiming for a smoother remote play experience with dualsense features? I reckon it'll be at least Β£200.

Re: Some Crash Bandicoot 4 Players Unable to Upgrade to PS5 Version

@THGhost - Weird. It was on the UK PS5 store for me on the first day it was available. I actually just searched Crash and it was the first thing that came up with the option of upgrading disc free or buying digital for Β£38.99. I had the crash 4 disc in the ps5 at the time, so maybe you could try that πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Re: Some Crash Bandicoot 4 Players Unable to Upgrade to PS5 Version

@THGhost yeah. Search Crash Bandicoot 4 It's About Time Upgrade on the shop and it gives you the option to upgrade free with disc. Download is about 20GB.

Before you delete the 45GB PS4 version though, make sure you go on it and Upload the save file from in game, to then transfer it to the PS5 version of the game. Once that's done, go ahead and delete the PS4 version and free up some space. You'll still need to insert the PS4 disc to play the PS5 version.

Re: Hands On: The New PS App Is a Humongous Upgrade

GHockey

I got it on Thursday on Android in the UK. I went into the Play Store and did it. It wasn't automatic.

Anyway, I like it. I imagine they're still gonna fiddle around here and there and tweak bits and bobs.

I guess I'll delete the PS Messages app now as it's redundant.

@pip_muzz From what I remember, a lot of the tougher bosses had checkpoints almost immediately before them. For those that didn't, couldn't you just stealth/grapple/run past most of the grunts? You didn't have to kill them every time. But yes, a checkpoint immediately before every boss would be more convenient.

It's kind of the same concept as the multi phase bosses. You always have to get through those first phases before dying on the final phase again and again and again πŸ˜† I guess that's why the multi phase bosses tend to have checkpoints right outside. Maybe that's how they decided it.
