Everyone who spent money on this "turd" as they like to say, played this game from beginning to end. I did, and while there were numerous glitches and loading times, I did enjoy levelling up my character and becoming stronger. The game itself from start to finish is fun, and you can do it solo if you like (Which I did). The grindy end game loot search killed it for me, neverending rewardless grind with junk drops will kill any game. I recently went in and tried a cataclysm event, which was no different than a stronghold except for the time limit. I don't know what purpose it's supposed to have.
@NathanUC My wife also loves stardew valley, and want to play together. Couch co-op would be nice, but we both have our own playstations, we are looking to get deep into builders as well.
At what point did we feel it was important to have Famous people in video games? Waste of money with an extra expense that could be used to further enhance the game in my opinion.
This looks very interesting, like combining puzzle solving elements such as, new gear to pass certain areas and/or weapons, and being set in a diablo like universe is very intriguing to me.
I believe "What would you do with Anthem?" was the question. Where are those suggestions you bunch of whiners?
Never stop playing, is how you fix it. Remove fort tarsis altogether, recreate it in the map part of the game as a safe haven that you fly right into and walk around, then fly off whenever you want. The that would eliminate a ton of loading. Where is the mystery? Where is the fun? Loot, is part of that answer. Make it so you can craft your own legendaries using all elements. Let us craft different supers as well, let us combine two different guns together. Remove the ceiling when you fly. Use ice crystals on your javelin to warn you of height restrictions. Go too high and you'll crash. Put super strong bosses and enemies in all those caves at the very end. Make it so they drop excellent loot.
Impossible to remember all the buttons, I remember what to do but I can't find the control scheme or the name of the scheme to find it in the game, makes it very frustrating, The motion control needs and option to be turned off.
This is not 100 percent accurate. Before the update my game used to crash every time the mission end screen came up, but after the update I played for four hours after it was released, with no glitchy gameplay, lag or crashing, it was the most fun I've had with the game, I also got a few legacy pieces and a ton of masterwork items in those four hours after the update, and while I did get a lot of purple and greens, I did get orange and yellow as well.
Console Bricking doesn't come from a game, it comes from the platforms OEM vis OS updates, Homebrew or modding etc... If even half of the people "claiming" that their console was bricked did the most common sense troubleshooting to their console they'd stop crying "wolf" when something doesn't go their way and stop blaming the last thing they did on their console as the cause. This could have been ANY game. I remember numerous other instances where people claimed a PS4 game was "bricking" their console, only to have each and every one debunked. Your system could be completely clogged with dust a nd debris and blew up at the exact moment you started anthem, making it guilty by association, which is why the games get blamed and not their negligence.
I don't know what people were expecting, or all the hate for this game, but I find myself seriously engaged when I play it. I love trying out the new powers and skills and discovering new types of combos. The control is tight, and you will never be swearing because you control is off a bit. The world is gorgeous and has a lot of interesting structures all over the place. Animation and acting is perfect. It has long load times, but that will be addressed I am sure. The world does seem to need a reason to explore other than sight seeing, like solvable mysteries, that reward you with gear, or hidden areas with boss's and chests.
The load times are ridiculous, and it does break up the momentum of the game. The facial animations are incredible as is the acting, But, I do not want to see a cut scene in the middle of my gameplay, keep that stuff for when you are in the cities.
The load times are ridiculous, open map, but heaven help you if you want to explore a cave, more loading. Then we have the issue of enemies spawning directly behind you after you have cleared an area, That is BS in my opinion. I did like the puzzle solving areas, one which you had to solve the color wheel before you could grab the part you need was a good idea. I had a little issue with sliding off the cliffs, and the fact that you can fly, but not up, as to the invisible storm that pushes you down, Nice blue sky you can see the sun but an invisible storm sends you back down when you get too high. Why not just let the javelin overheat when it gets too high? Spot on shooting and excellent control of your character makes it fun, so there is a balance between the good and the bad. Just my opinion though.
Why online only? Let me play it without the servers, or if the internet goes down. Seems like online only is a very expensive rental of the game, because if I owned it, I could play it whenever I choose to. One day, servers will be shut down on this.

Re: One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows Lets You Win Fights in a Single Hit
You should be able to play as One Punch, and win every fight with no effort, then as a player you would experience his dilemma as he does in the show.

Leave the stars out of it.

Sounds like BS, a made up story, to promote hate for the game.

FUN, was that ever in question when reviewing anthem? If you can handle all the problems with anthem and play it anyway, it is actually quite fun.

I was actually pleasantly surprised, as I was on the fence after being raped by destiny
