Re: Jim Ryan: PS5 Generation Will Have More Exclusive Games 'Than Ever Before'

Bejito81

most of the announced exclusivities are NOT exclusive
perhaps we should remind to Sony that a game that releases on PS5 and PC are NOT exclusivities
also 6 months exclusivity is still not exclusivity
but I'm guessing being able to use proper words of its native
it seems lying is the only thing Sony can still rely on to sell consoles and games

Re: Report Suggests PS5 Won't Support 1440p Output

Bejito81

@Falkirk4life well, so far I do NOT see any awesome exclusive on PS5
so right now, if I had to choose one, knowing none have any exclusive I want, I would get the one with the better hardware and software and that one is NOT the PS5

Re: Report Suggests PS5 Won't Support 1440p Output

@JapaneseSonic
Astro's Playroom is a tech demo,
Demon Souls is a remake,
Godfall is available on PC,
Miles Morales is more like a DLC also available on PS4

so basically the console sellers should be Bugsnax, and Sackboy and The Pathless, all 3 are games we barely heard about (well they look like Nintendo games)

you won't sell me a PS5 with that (and so far I'm not getting a Series X either)

Re: Report Suggests PS5 Won't Support 1440p Output

Bejito81

@JapaneseSonic yes indeed, do you care to show me the ones available on PS5 (P.S. a remake of an old game is NOT a new exclusive) (P.S. a game which will only be released in December or later isn't a launch title either)

Re: Reaction: State of Play Continues to Find Its Way

Bejito81

solid? the only thing solid about the "state of play" show is the disappointment
look at your survey 40% says it was average and 28% says it was bad
only 33% were happy about it, this is NOT good
hopefully, I was doing something else while watching, so I didn't completely lost 40 minutes for nothing

Re: Guide: PS5 FAQ - Everything You Need to Know

Bejito81

@Agramonte
that speculation is false, the PS5 would probably be between $499 and $599
the previous generation proved them that gamers are ready to pay for great hardware
and since many games will still be released on PS4 and PS5 (thanks full backward compatibility) they'll be able to say they have a cheaper console for people who don't want to get the last experience (PS4 Pro will probably be around $299 or less and will run the games fine on 1080p screen and so)

Re: Guide: PS5 FAQ - Everything You Need to Know

@Medic_alert
1st console games are way more/better optimized than PC games
2nd navi will probably be around that 1080ti power (which is way overpriced by nvidia btw) and 1 would be enough for 8k checkerboarded if 2 can render true 8k
3rd ray tracing will be like on rtx another part of the GPU dedicated to it so as long as you don't ask too much from the ray tracing you shouldn't see any impact
4th many games released exclusively for the PS4 are showing graphics that most teams would deem impossible to achieve on such hardware and still with the proper use of the hardware it's working
5th xbox one x with a card barely more powerful than a rx 580 can achieve true 4k at 60 fps, while that rx 580 is barely able to run the same games in 1440p at 60fps on pc, clearly as I stated before optimization is way better on consoles so wait and see

Re: Guide: All PS5 Games Confirmed or Rumoured

Bejito81

Since you know PS5 will be fully backward compatible with PS4 games, all these games will be PS4 games eventually running better on PS5 (uncapped framerate, full 4k instead of checkboarding and so)
with perhaps an exception for God of War 2 since this one hasn't been announced yet
