"Shoryuken take it, big man?"

PlayStation's fairly recently established Third-Party Productions division may be one of the platform holder's most ingenious ideas in the past five years, but we'll have more on that in a future article. Either way, the fruits of its labour are really starting to show right now, with the likes of Ultra Street Fighter IV coming to the PlayStation 4, and Resident Evil Revelations 2 on the way to the Vita.

While you already know all of this, though, the division's fearless leader Gio Corsi has taken to the PlayStation Blog in order to explain that Sony – not Capcom – will be publishing both titles. "[These games are coming] thanks to a double partnership between Capcom and SCEA's Third-Party Production," he said. This means that you should expect an orange diamond on each title's box.

There's no specific release date for either game, but both are due out in the spring. Furthermore, there's very little word on how Claire Redfield's undead affair will, er, fare on Sony's smaller format, though it sounds like Ultra Street Fighter IV will actually live up to its name, with practically every piece of content deployed thus far crammed into its case. Are you excited for either of these? Throw a fireball in the comments section below.
