This PlayStation Vita Deal Is Almost Too Good to Be True

North American readers might want to take a break from their turkey sandwiches and family rifts, because we come bearing good news. According to Polygon, you’ll be able to purchase a Crystal White PlayStation Vita with a copy of Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation and a 4GB memory card for a ridiculous $179.99 from Amazon.com later today. But that’s not all. The bundle will also come with a download voucher for PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, a 30-day subscription to PlayStation Plus, and a $10 voucher for Assassin’s Creed III on either the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360.
When you consider that the package is supposed to retail for $199.99 without all of the extras, this is an absolutely insane deal. The month-long membership to PlayStation Plus alone will reward you with free access to Uncharted: Golden Abyss, WipEout 2048, Gravity Rush, Tales from Space: Mutant Blobs Attack, and Jet Set Radio.
It’s not yet clear when the deal will go live, but you might want to keep your finger close to your keyboard’s faithful F5 button. We suspect that these are going to sell out fast.

If Sony actually releases this 179.99 bundle at retail,then Vita sales might pock up. But knowing Sony this probably wont happen since they dont think the Vita needs a price drop.
