As one of the few people who never bothered with GTA V thought I'd make the effort to play through that now it's available again on PS+ So I'll be doing that.

Couple of days off now so fully intend to do nothing much except for watching sport and playing video games... Well inside my happy place. Merry Christmas Push Square staff, forum members and everybody else.

I will play through It Takes Two with a friend and will probably get around to the Aliens game when I have the time and inclination so a pretty good month for me.

Gonna do a bit of Vampire Surviving, see where I get to on Road 96 and have just made a start on Spider-Man 2 so quite a mixed bag of games to flit between.

Well improved combat will be nice for people who hadn't already finished it some time ago. I remember feeling a by let down that it never really changed or evolved throughout the whole game.
But you have to wonder how many people who wanted to play it haven't already done so.

New console designed to improve graphics and performance actually improves graphics and performance of games. Yes, we get it.

Bumbling around in Chapter 15 of RE4Remake on PS5 so hopefully will complete that today. Then think I need to play some non-horror games for a break... It would be nice to see some colour again!

I would love a company like Sony to completely screw the scalpers one time by deliberately flooding the market with a load of stock they had been secretly holding back at a reduced price just so all the scalpers get stuck with hundreds or thousands of pounds of products that nobody needs. Not gonna happen but still....

Scalpers lower my opinion of humanity.

Bit of RE4Remake, bit of Tormented Souls, bit of Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed and a couple of rounds of Iron Crypticle... Still finishing the Haloween games playlist!

Was just thinking earlier today that I needed a new racer to play and quite enjoyed the first one so will at least give the Hot Wheels a go. Hope it still has Knight Rider and the BTTF DeLorean!

I am going to take all the digital collectables off of my shelves in protest. Take note Sony.

Just platted Dead Space and dunno what's next. Make some quick Ghostbusting between watching the footie.

Dead Space: Impossible mode run.
Doki Doki Literature Club. Finished the game yesterday. Didn't like it until it ended. Now eager to get back to exploring the alternate outcomes...
Ghostbusters Spirits Unleashed. Not usually one for online games but this is enjoyable simple to jump in for an hour here and there. Even better playing with friends!

I'm gonna be playing Dead Island 2 and the Ghostbusters one. I'd normally steer well clear of asymmetrical online games but, come on, it's Ghostbusters!

Start with Little Hope and come discuss it in push square gameclub! Man of Medan was the first one but was a bit dull. Little Hope is much better.

Dead Space: continuing hard mode, plasma cutter only run. About near the end of chapter 6.
DPA: Little Hope. Will put another hour or so on this each day. Should be finished with first play through Monday or Tuesday I think. Interested to see how the story plays out.

Great game. Took me too long to realise you can just ignore the laundry (as long as the arcade is making enough money)

I will probably have some co-op shenanigans with Dead Island 2 and Ghosbusters (coz Bustin makes me feel good) so yep, good enough for me.

Might be time to pull the trigger on Saturnalia as it's now around £4! ... Free up a space on the wishlist and chuck another into the backlog.

Free-to-play won't save a game that nobody-wants-to-play.

Somewhere in chapter 8 in Dead Space, playing in short bursts as it's a bit of a stressful experience. Also plodding through Little Nightmares 2 for PS Gameclub - around halfway through chapter 4 so should have it completed in next day or so.

Never heard of it until just now but yep, definitely want it on PS5 now!

£800 if you include disc drive and stand etc. initially seemed way too much but then I remembered I bought my PS5 when they were rare and had to pay £600 for a bundle I didn't particularly want (so maybe £500 for the console) and later added a 2TB SSD for another £150 so while I don't currently intend to get the new pro I can see it's not totally on a different price scale than I've already paid.

PS5 Pro: PS5 No.

The Plucky Squire, Night in the Woods, Road 96 and maybe Under the Waves. A low key month but a few I'd had a passing interest in playing so pretty positive about the extra line-up.

I will have a blast or two on Brotato and hope to make a few hours progress on Horizon Forbidden West.

I think the headline should be that Vampire Survivors launches at a cost of £3.99 (£3.59 with current PS+ discount). At that price it would be rude not to buy it!

Happy with Little Nightmares 2 as I enjoyed the first a while back. I could be tempted by the Quiddich if reviews are good enough. And as for the Baseball... Well I guess that's for the Baseball (rounders) fans.

If I hadn't already played Cult of the Lamb I would be happy to give it a go. I have so a nothing month on extra for me unfortunately.

I was VERY addicted to Warframe some years back and have mostly avoided live service games sunce. I'm a bit scared of trying it in case I fall into that rabbit hole again. A good friend of mine played it day one and seems pretty impressed by it though, so I may be swayed yet.

I would have played Borderlands 3 if I hadn't already, it's a good game so not a terrible month just for that. Might play some hockey but probably wont. Among Us is a joke though - regularly a couple of quid in the sale.

Will I be able to follow the plot in NHL 24 if I haven't played the previous 23?
Already played Borderlands 3 some years back... It was pretty Borderlandsy. As for Among Us, well that's saved a whole £3 for anyone who was planning to buy it.

Around 20 hours into Sea of Stars so probably continuing with that. Also made a start on Death Stranding after watching the Kojima documentary the other day and enjoying it's weirdness so far. Finally may tick of a few side quests on that Tiny Tina Wonderlands after completing the main story with my co-op buddy this week.
