Re: DLC Review: Stirring the Pot in Dishonored: The Brigmore Witches

My buddy loves this game, i tried my best to like it but i just didnt. But i watched the entire game and it was actually a dark story and i really enjoyed that aspect. I want to purchase this for my buddy though, but ten bucks seems so high considering most of the dlc for this is under 6.00$

Re: PlayStation Plus Will Rake in $1.2 Billion a Year, Reckons Analyst

I wasn't a plus member until I realized how much more discounts I could get. Im not surprised with this. I actually buy the 3 months deal, i'm not always a plus member I always wait for the seasons it a great strategic method I use to save big bucks . im sure that helps sony.im not really into the ps plus thing

Re: Review: The Smurfs 2: The Video Game (PlayStation 3)

Actually Scott pilgrim was awesome, but i'm sure its based off the comics. Batman the brave and the bold also made by Wayforward was an excellent platformer. Wayforward makes good platformers , I mean really good ones, this is a surprise.

yea my gaming calendar is full so i will actually have time for this when it does get released. i have a backlog from hell im not sure if i will ever catch up after being a plus member i spend alot of money on psn. Bring it to the ps4 bethesda its the only solution, why make it for 2 sony platforms anyway?

Re: First Impressions: An Audience with Puppeteer, the PS3 Panto Deserving of a Standing Ovation

I guess they are dying in a way cause today is all about big scale first person shooter, but there will always be an indie developer that cant afford much so we do get them but not on the scale of this one. I hope this brings back this genre to the peak like it was in the early 90's, i just love throwbacks.I will be buying this one without a doubt, dont even need a demo, the videos are enough. i dont want to spoil my playthrough so i doubt i will try the demo out first. crazy huh

Re: Talking Point: Do Single Player Focused Games Really Need Multiplayer?

odd69

Games like Skyrim prove you still don't need online and the single player will always be king, or open worlds in general. But i find myself playing defiance and TRUE online games feel different and ANY gamer should try it before knocking it.Single player games with multiplayer added to it is just what it is an addition. Which is hardly an afterthought compared to an MMO. I guess the medium is adding multiplayer, my opinion is that most suck(opinion). did someone mention Brink? worst attempt at co-op ever. i rarely bash games but i gotta say, Brink gave me a bad taste im actually selling it.

Re: Review: Dungeons & Dragons Chronicles of Mystara HD (PlayStation Network)

Yes I agree , finally a fair and good thought out unbiased review, it was an excellent read too, both you and Sammy get much respect from me as far as reviews go but this game actually deserves a 9 and you hit this review spot on.

But on the subject on this game, I got it day one and haven't played much ,if anyone reads this and wants to play add me,please I would love find some hardcore fans of this game, as I would play it every week, its that fun (kind of like super Mario world).

Re: Review: Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon (PlayStation Network)

odd69

Why oh why did they put the "3" logo on it if its a standalone game?? I'll never ever know, this could have been a separate farcry universe and have sequels but no, lets just say farcry 3 to get people's attention.

I would love more games like this for some odd reason, I would give it a near perfect score, but seems fair enough. It deserves the praise

Re: Store Update: 7th May 2013 (North America)

odd69

It looks promising but the content is a snoozefest I assure you.
But hey still more content than Nintendo weekly disappointments. Im just waiting for borderlands 2 dlc, everything else I could care less about, unless dragon crown comes out like next Tuesday...then I would have a gamer heart attack and die

Re: Cerny: PlayStation 4's Launch Lineup Will Be 'Stronger' Than Previous Platforms

odd69

meh, ive had so much bad taste from the wii u's lineup that im doubting the ps4. but thats where i went wrong, cause sony has proved to me with the ps3, with a little time they can give us what we want.

But heres the deal, the ps3 still has another 5 years left in it, sony could have milked the ps3 even more, with the weekly sales, content everyweek, trailers, demos, and psn titles. All this stuff is just now hitting its stride. Everyweek seems to have a must buy psn title, not to mention the loads of Retail games on top of all that.

but regardless, im buying the ps4 at launch, with good faith that sony keeps the first year interesting...hope to see some of you guys on here online
