Re: PlayStation 4 Stomps Xbox One in Online Twitter Poll

neumaus

While the poll results please me, I won't think much of it until I see sales (of course, when the consoles are released). It's all well and easy to 'pledge' support in the form of a vote, but their wallets will be the ones to speak.
There is much left to see, but I really do hope that Sony do(does?) well in the next few years, especially with the Vita.

@fchinaski omg looool I need to show this to people XD Very, very funny.

Re: Store Update: 21st May 2013 (North America)

It's nice to see them putting up older PS3 games on the PSN store; I hope they keep doing it. A lot of older games can be hard to find, and many you might have never heard about otherwise, like the Rune Factory one.

Re: Here's an Example of What the PlayStation 4 Could Look Like

neumaus

After paying so much for a beast of a console, you'd hide it away if it looked a certain way because it's an "atrocity"? The PS3 is very ugly, but here it sits on my coffee table for everyone to see when they enter my house. The hdmi wire and power cable is hanging from it and in the way, and generally it's a mess.
But who cares? Performance and games are what matters most. I really don't care WHAT the PS4 looks like, all I know is that I want one.

Re: Talking Point: Sony Must Solve the PlayStation Vita's Memory Woes

neumaus

I recently upgraded to a 16 gig card, up from the 4 gig I got it with. I want the 32 but at the moment it's really too expensive. While I absolutely love the convenience of digital games, I may have to start buying more physical releases and just picking the one physical game I want on the long car trip/long wait somewhere.
(I'm probably going to need a new card soon as I also recently got PS+! Yay for free Blazblue this month :3 /excited).

Re: Guacamelee! Takes the Number Juan Spot in the April PSN Charts

neumaus

Last month I bought Persona 4 Arena using the credit I got back in March (but I had to add $10). This month I bought Shinobido 2: Revenge of Zen for my Vita; I don't care what reviews say, this game is absolutely addicting and awesome!
I can't wait for Lego Chima and Muramasa Rebirth

Re: Review: Nun Attack (PlayStation Network - Vita)

neumaus

Huuuh, you know what, I may just buy this tonight :3
Thanks for the review! I overlooked this title before but it seems like something I'd enjoy in short bursts when I'm bored and on the go. Playing on the phone can drain precious battery life SO FAST >_>

Re: Sony: There's an Amazing Big Title Coming to the PlayStation Vita

neumaus

@Sanquine I love your enthusiasm! I hope this announcement is something many Vita fans will be able to enjoy and I also hope Sony doesn't abandon us anytime soon >_>
But the Vita has good support this year! Ys, Muramasa Rebrith, Totori+, Lego Chima, etc.
I just wish I didn't have to wait until the end of the year for most of them! :<
(But I do have to say even if he perhaps antagonized you I don't appreciate you implying Americans are stupid since they only learn one language. It's actually a stereotype and many Americans are bilingual, like myself. And I completely understand your English, there's nothing wrong with it )

Re: Reaction: PlayStation Vita's Prospects Look Poor, But We're Still Smiling

neumaus

I'm happy with what's coming out this year (speaking only of retail and err, not indie downloads). Even though I want more I'm already so swamped with all the PSP/Vita/PS3 games I have >_> I have so many that I'm overwhelmed when it comes to choosing what to play. And in the next month/month-half I'll be adding like three more games and one new system to my collection xD

@nathanuc1988 Never played an Ys game?! You must!! You can easily grab Ys Origin on Steam (really good entry in the series AND unique in that you don't play as silent badass Adol). I also highly recommend Ys Oath in Felghana (both on Steam and PSP/Vita), and Ys Chronicle I & II (PSP/Vita). The new Ys coming out is more like Ys Seven, which is arguably one of the easier games in the series and a bit different than the rest. Felghana and Origin is where it's at!

Re: Feature: Eight Exciting Indie Titles to Anticipate on PS3, Vita, and PS4

neumaus

I really don't care much for indies; I want the bigger companies to start making games for the Vita :/
The only indie games I have bought/played is the Aveyond series from Amaranth games (wish THIS was on ths Vita!), Jisei, To the Moon, and games from Bigfishgames and that one other website.

Oh yeah, I forgot Journey on PS3.

Re: Talking Point: Is Time Gaming's Greatest Handicap?

neumaus

I am so, so guilty >__>
I think I have close to 30 games on my backlog (though by "backlog," I mainly mean played them some but never finished them).
You can't blame me completely, though. I have ADHD and get bored of stuff fairly quickly. Not to mention I just love buying things.
Bad, bad combination

Re: Dragon's Crown Trailer Punches Your Eyeballs with Pretty Graphics

neumaus

^ Thanks, someone finally understands. I hate it when women are used as nothing more than sex objects.

@ThreadShadow If you're referring to something I said, I did mention that I am against both (hyper-sexualization and grotesque violence/horror). And you're crazy if you think it's just a case of bouncing boobs! The women are nearly naked and hyper-exagerated. Boobs are always bouncing and exagerated in Japanese media anyways, but that's not the only issue here. It's extreme in like every angle.

Re: Store Update: 19th March 2013 (North America)

neumaus

@divinelite IKR?? I was just casually browsing on the Vita PSN yesterday when BAM I saw that and I couldn't BELIEVE it! I thought it'd be another YEAR until we got that game! It was one of my most wanted titles for the system. Now I just hope we also get Meruru and maybe even Ayesha! (one can dream >_>). I have a PS3 but I'd much rather play them on the Vita. It's a good thing I already played Rorona, though.
Please localize Meruru for Vita, I need my Rufus fix .-.

Re: Dragon's Crown Trailer Punches Your Eyeballs with Pretty Graphics

neumaus

Why such a heavy emphasis on sex appeal? It's like they felt the need to pad their game with that crap because no one would buy it otherwise >_>
Two things I absolutely detest in video games: hyper-sexualization and grotesque violence/horror. Oh well, my opinion means nothing. I just won't buy it
