One of my most anticipated games for next year
The scenery, combat and story look really promising so far

That means I have 4 months to finish the first game then

Played it for about 20h but then pushed it back for new releases like Echoes of Wisdom or now Metaphor Refantazio

Thats honestly amazing, especially for a JRPG

Sadly I dont have time today to play it but I took next week off so I've more than enough time

Because more people buy PS because there are more exclusive games (although not a much as there used to) and therefore more dev priorise the console that sells more

Releasing one of if not the biggest flop ever, making the PS5 Pro way to expensive and selling disc drive + stand seperately, adding ads to the UI and all that in about one month

Man, what is happening with Sony?

Not trying to justify the PSN requirement since it's stupid but it has been known for a while that it requires PSN + you can only review games you own on Steam.

That means people bought this game even though they could and should have known that it requires PSN just to complain about it

It certainly did shape "The Future of Playstation" just not in the way they had hoped

I love how characters like Yagami or Majima just 'conveniently' end up in the very same location as the last game.
Like Yagami has a case in Ijincho after Yakuza 7 and Majima ends up in Hawaii after Infinite Wealth

But jokes aside, it's a good way to put out high quality games in a fast pace, especially since the locations matter less than the characters and side quest

Looking forward to this

Finally, as someone who loves puzzles in video games those hints (which sometimes they give you after just a few seconds) sadly really ruined the game for me

Kinda surprising that it took them almost two years to implement this but I guess better later than never

@AverageGamer Same could be said about HFW, that game also was on PS4 but seemingly doesnt run very well on SD whereas HZD seemingly does

Curious to see how well it runs on Steam Deck or Rog Ally. GoW 2018 ran really well on Steam Deck

I guess the biggest problem is that they try to hard to appeal to the western market that it ended up not appealing to the japanese market anymore which made up a big amout of sales

I hope Sony remasters Astro Bot soon, I really want to play it but the game is already 12 days old. I don't want to play such an outdated game

Weird, I remember that it was difficult for me to figure out how to upgrade my PS4 copy of CP2077 (or was it TW3?) to the PS5 version because it wasn't intuitive at all

@rjejr It's a live service game, it probably still takes years til they completely cover Fairys backstory

Wasnt there a COD game that came on a disc that had like 100MB of data on the disc which meant the buyer had to download basically the entire game + had to put the disc in when they want to play it

Imo that even more pointless

Nah, the base PS5 is fine enough for me + the price of 800€ (or over 900€ with disc drive) is just insane

Just buy a PC at that point, all first party games release there anyway sooner or later

700$ and it doesn't even have a disc drive?
Thankfully I'm happy with the performance of the base PS5 lol

E.g. "Let's make a game that is just like Fortnite" why would someone who already plays Fortnite play another game that is just like Fortnite? They'll just continue to play Fortnite. And someone who doesn't already play Fortnite won't play a game that is like Fortnite either

There are more articles about this game on this site than there are active players

And yet there are people who are confused as to why others are happy to see live service games like Concord or Suicide Squad fail

I'm not a big mouse + keyboard guy but I think every (multiplayer) shooter is best played on PC because of that. I just can't aim with a controller

Reading that headline made me realize how out of touch I've become with gaming over the past few years

Wukong became the most successful singleplayer launch on Steam ever and I've still no clue what this game is about nor have I even seen a second of gameplay. Same happened with that scam game "The Day Before" which was one of the most wishlisted games ever and yet the first time I've heard about it was after it released and eyeryone made fun of it how bad it is

I played FF13 about 2 years ago on PC at 4K60fps. That game doesn't need a remake, it still looks very good

Unless they completely change up the linear design of the game

No one who's right in their mind would have expected that anyway

I usually never care about card games within games (I didnt even care about Gwent in TW3) but I really liked Queens Blood so thats good to hear

In summer (or generally when it's warm outside) I'm playing games on a handheld in the garden lying on a lounge chair in the shadow

Otherwise I'm inside playing on console/pc

Happy that more people will be able to experience this game. It's a great game (gacha aside) with fun combat and great exploration

I literally just installed both Xillia games yesterday on my Steam Deck on an emulator so ofc this leak surfaces now

I always wonder why someone who doesn't already play the game would buy such a bundle. Same with those Fortnite or Apex Legends bundle

Like what does "Outfit Option Bundle" mean to someone who doesn't play the game.

And someone who already plays the game would probably not buy it either (unless they are a hardcore fan) cause those things included in the bundle are barely anything

Seems like a great game to play during winter on your mobile phone cause it would turn it into a good hand warmer

@TheArt Wuthering Waves only released 11/2 months ago, so it should be quite easy to catch up compared to for example genshin which is almost 4 years old

I haven't pronounced it at all cause I haven't played the DLC yet
