Despite all the controversy, this is a game I want to pick up at some point. Really happy to see them addressing the rally cross physics be interest to see them post patch. the only real part of the game i was like wow this is bad but knew they would address it.

Yea I can download the PS4 version but the ps5 is locked off. I have gone back to find out when I bought it. Got the transaction number. Just going to have to call them tomorrow I guess.

Am I doing something wrong. I own the digital version for PS4. It want’s to charge me to download the ps5 one.

I suspect this is to save confusion when PSVR 2 comes out. Rather then having ps5 games have two sets of motion controllers. You kinda know what your getting Into from the ps5 logo on the box.

Well it splits my mind, it's not easy as a consumer I would want it and probably pick one up day one. I don't have a 4K tv but this would be the excuse to then jump on it.

As a developer my mind just screams no as a platform all ps4 are the same so time optimising is spent getting the most out of a respective system. So now you have two systems to optimise for. Willing to bet Microsoft would do something similar so now you have 4 to optimise for maybe a 5th with Nintendo. It starts to have a effect for sure.

Technology increase so much these days the PS3 and the 360 were obsolete by the time they got replaced. In 18 months time I'm sure people will be saying the same about the ps4 and Xbox one. People already consider them aging and inferior.

Expecting good things from this. Blizzard are probably one of the best devs ever. I do feel sorry for battleborn must say.

Yea I live in the uk. Have been a ps now member since it came out of beta. £12.99 a month really is great. I play street fighter 2 player with no issues lots of little gems on there that I missed. I really like this implementation of back wards compatibly. I would like the service to grow to be part of the psplus games at some point.

I have an Xbox one as well I never owned a 360 so I don't have lots of old games stacked up so that is why I'm all in on ps now.

This is just my view please don't flame. I only buy digital now, the prospect of capcom shutting down in the next 15 years does not bother me heres why. If I had kept my discs and my ps4 for 15 years then think I'm going to play this game do I really expect the disc to not be scratched or the PS4 to power up and work 100% fine in 15 years time, no. i know there are still Nes and Snes machines still going but they are so much simpler then the newer consoles. I have a old Fat ps3 still in my loft when i put it there i replaced it with a slim ps3 because it was on it way out (slowing down ect)

In 7 years time I expect my "New PS4 (launch day)" will be in the same boat.

It's no differnt to music online or you tube. Business are scared of what they can't control (nice pun). In a year 18 months I'll be surprised if new games block this feature.

Ps+ is murdering games for gold. I know a few people that bought a ps4 over an Xbox just for this fact. All these little things add up.

@Ginkgo Sony are betting big on far cry and GTA I think. I have always seen CoD as more of an Xbox game it's just the way it goes.

This makes me happy, as the game does look gorgeous. All I read about thou is the gameplay being a little off.

I've got a solid state HDD in my laptop but does to really make that much of a difference in a ps4? I do buy all my games digital from psn.
