Bit late since OG Ch1 s2 released last Friday.
Haven’t had a chance to try it yet as I’ve been busy with Uncharted Lost Legacy (beat it on Friday) and Fire Emblem Warriors Three Hopes but heard good things.

More excited for Ch6 s2 honestly but that also has to wait since I’ll be playing Like a Dragon Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii that day and Bakeru releases a few days after.

@trev666 by natively porting them? Like that’s how you get a game to run on a new platform, through a native port.

But even then they could just run in a 360 emulator. It’s not like the Switch and Xbox don’t have PlayStation emulators running some collections like Mega Man (8 and X4 to X8)

Continueing to hate the trend of calling remakes “remasters” when they’re obvious remakes.

My predictions.

Horizon Zero Dawn and Horizon Forbidden West will get Switch 2 ports. No other Ps4/5 games will get ported to Switch in 2025 but Sony will reveal they have more future plans by the end of the year.

Man I did amazingly poor for one of my favorite franchises of which I’ve played all but the ps2 games and Dead Souls (even played Judgment, Lost Judgment and Fist of the North Star).

@liamcroft adding to the article. Epic is also doing a monthly remix pass based on each ch1 season starting on december 6th (ChOG s1 is the first) which is also included in crew.

We don’t know the details of these passes (they have been officially announced as of today) yet, the assumption is they’ll all be a 40 tier, 50 levelup, 4 skins pass like OG last year and REMIX atm but we know through leaks they’ll be monthly.

@get2sammyb it’s important to note these numbers include digital sales of digital only games, DLC and eshop/PSN MTX currencies.

Sales data that compares a game that has a physical to only the full game sales skew in favor of physical usually (look at the insomniac leaks or capcom sales data)

Beat Mr Mosquito and Secret Agent Clank on Ps5 last week, including the platinum for Mosquito. Also beat Mega Man III on Switch/NSO.

Currently playing The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages and Ace Attorney: Spirit of Justice.

The plan is to start something for spooky month after. Maybe the original Ps2 Silent Hill 2 Director’s Cut or Luigi’s Mansion 3 on Switch.

Let me check silly data like how often I’ve started a game, my average playtime between start ups, my daily, weekly, monthly and yearly playtime averages.
And let me sort them by silly categories like most days played.

I beat God of War: Ragnarok yesterday and it was amazing. Of the 8 games I only have 3 and Ghost of Sparta left.

Currently playing Nier Replicant which is great so far. Also playing Capcom Arcade Stadium and Theatrhythm Fina Bar Line on and off.

As long as emulators are just that, emulators, they can go on the appstore. Just gonna load the roms ourselves.
Excited to use my iPhone 15 as an emulation machine. My old laptop hit the dust and none of my emulation capable consoles support fancy gimmicks like save states or rewind.

@Musharna new fortnite PS+ packs always release a week after the new season starts alongside a new starter pack, Save the World pack and now a new Lego pack.

@ShogunRok IMHO FF7 isn’t even top 5 best FFs when entries like 9 exist.
I vastly prefer remake and rebirth over og 7 too.
7 also doesn’t hit as hard if you didn’t grow up with it unlike a lot of the other entries.

@Krydle physical games actually sell more than they used to.
It’s just that digital is growing at a faster rate.

It’s literally their IP despite being third party developed.

I completed Final Fantasy XVI on Ps5 last week and I’m currently replaying Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age on my Switch.

Also trying to reach level 200 in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1 on Ps5/Switch/Xbox before Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth release.

Beyond that gonna play some Powerwash Simulator on XSX

Persona 4 Golden and Dancing are my favorites but absolutely love the P3 Reload one too!

Almost finished with my 100% run of Final Fantasy XVI on Ps5 and after that I want to play Evil West.

Also still playing Theatrhythm Final Bar Line on my Switch.

Not planning on playing much because I want to be done with everything when Like a Dragon 8 and subsequently Final Fantasy VII Rebirth release.

Getting it for my birthday but my parents where sweet enough to let me play it at launch (3 weeks in advance). It’ll still be delivered at my parents place though so have to wait 1 day before I can play it as my dad comes over to walk the dog with me every saterday.

At that point just include the psp games and ascension too. Chains of Olympus is a big point of reference in the new dlc anyway.

A lot of Theatrhythm Final Bar Line until Christmas when I can finally start Final Fantasy XVI.

Beyond that I started Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel and The Darkness

I love the cabin and all its easter eggs.
Sad they made it a simple tab in quests this year.

@Falkirk4life sony does not own the IP. I have no clue why PlayStations fans always parrot that unfounded lie. Disney owns the IP almost fully with the sole exception of movies. Disney puts him in everything these days and sony can’t do anything about it.

@Flaming_Kaiser yeah spider-man ps4/5 is supposedly part of the deal that gave disney SM in the MCU. Although that’s hasn’t been confirmed yet and is purely based on insiders saying it.

@Bamila like I mentioned prior. Sony does not own spider-man. Disney does. Sony only owns the movie rights and the rights to make merch specifically based on the movie incarnations.

Anything else, from videogames to comics to tv to toys is fully disney. Including insomniac’s spider-man.

Sony only owns the movie licenses and nothing else.
Disney has full control over comic, tv, toy, merchandise and videogame licensing for spider-man and spider-man adjacent characters.

Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1: Underground is starting this weekend so I’ll be playing that a lot tomorrow.
Beyond that I’m trying to 100% complete Wario Land 3 and PowerWash Simulator

Already pre ordered the switch physical at play asia alongside touhou luna nights and FF X/X-2.

I beat Mega Man: Dr. Wily’s Revenge recently which was disappointing.

Currently playing Powerwash Simulator which is amazing, Persona 5 Tactica which is quite fun and playing a lot of Fortnite OG with friends which has been a blast.

Just beat OG FF7 for the first time completely blind beyond the mid game twist. Beyond hyped for rebirth.

Also @lifegirl I don’t get why the internet thinks the aerith spoiler is free real estate. Yeah the game is old but plenty of people are still being born and retroactively want to play it. That’s a huge twist just out in the open. I certainly would’ve been baffled by it if I wasn’t told before.

Ps4 is by far my least favorite of all 7 consoles (vita>ps3>psp>ps1>ps2>ps5>ps4) but I still love it. It’s great and my favorite of the 3 gen 8 homeconsoles not counting the switch. It sits right in the middle of the generation in general (vita>3ds>ps4>wiiU>Xone)

Beat Like a Dragon Gaiden a few days ago and absolutely cried at that ending. Also beat Castlevania Bloodlines and reached level 50+ in Fortnite OG

I’ve currently beaten 99 games this year and 299 unique games since 2017 so I’m doing an almost blind playthrough of Final Fantasy 7. The only things I know are the twist the internet has spoiler for the past 20 years now and everything that was brought over to 7 Remake.

The expectation was that it would be called LEGO FIFA 2K24.
Take two aquired both the FIFA and LEGO license last year for exclusive development and they expressed to only have interest in lego sports titles.

Ordered the Play-Asia ps5 physical which will arrive in 3 weeks. Playing it on gamepass atm.
Played every game and spin on excluding OG ps2 1 and 2 and dead souls.

Beat Dead Space (2023) on my XSX yesterday and Professor Layton and the Lost Future alongside the original PL trilogy on my 3DS.

Started playing Final Fantasy VII on my Switch today which is a mostly blind playthrough beyond the Aerith twist and what I know from FF7R.
Also started Fortnite Chapter 4 Season OG on PS5 yesterday. Never played before ch3 s3 so it’s pretty neat.
And finally I started Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask on my 3DS.
