I am glad people are really enjoying this game but for the life of me I cannot get into the turn based combat style games.

I'm ok with the price hike as long as you get something for it. I am assuming since Sony has not said anything that they are not providing additional features, games, etc. I will cancel next August if that is the case.

I have both. GP to me has a ton of great games and indies. I love the Forza series and Bethesda games. PS Plus has been great for me as well as I missed the PS4 generation and I have been able to play HZD, HFW, Bloodborne, Demon's Souls (still playing), GOT. Still need to play a few more PS exclusives on the service. It seems both companies although competitors have different business models. Either way I have enjoyed this generation so far but a lot of that may be because I missed the last generation and am just catching up. After I am done playing the games I want on both services I may not continue to subscribe to one or both. I will probably just end up buying the ones I want.

Wow Mario Kart. Unbelievable. Played it all weekend with my kids.

@Americansamurai1 Yeah but the 360 was good though. They had a lot of games which pushed console sales. Imagine that! Games sell consoles. As soon as MS gets their studios fully integrated and firing on all cylinders like Sony and Nintendo I think your will see an uptick in console sales and game pass subscriptions. I think/hope they are finally starting to do that which is good for gaming. As a platform agnostic gamer and a privileged owner of all three consoles and a gaming PC, I want all three to do well. It is better for all and drives each competitor to do better which benefits all gamers.

It feels good to be on the winning team. My sense of purpose in life has been fulfilled.

Interesting review score. 7 out of 10, really? This remaster is amazing. The lowest of any review out there. Nintendo life and PureXbox give it 10 out of 10. Every other review is overwhelmingly positive. Methinks this has to do with MS owning Bethesda now.

I on the other hand am happy that good things keep coming to all gamers on all platforms including PS, Nintendo, Xbox and PC. This year has been great so far for everyone and many more great titles to come such as Starfield, Spiderman, Forza, Balders Gate, Lies of P, etc. No need to disparage one gaming platform. Let's hope that all continue to be successful. Success drives competition.

@SegaBlueSky playing Demons Souls remake now. What a job by Bluepoint on that game. Bloodbourne would be incredible if they did a remake.

Kind of meh but overall they have been adding a lot of good games this year so as far as I am concerned there is nothing to complain about. Premium is still garbage and I unfortunately just renewed it as I forgot to change plans before the renewal.

@lacerz They will be compared to some extent but they are completely different games/genres. I for one cannot wait for Starfield. To me it looks amazing. Have to finish Demon's Souls remake first though which looks incredible by the way on the PS5.

Gosh so many salty comments. Yikes. Anyway, I keep hearing Bethesda being brought up. Despite what was said in the trial about Sony money hatting Bethesda and as a result MS bought Bethesda, MS and Bethesda had a long relationship well before any game was produced for PS. Bethesda started as a PC company and eventually produced a few exclusives for Xbox before releasing on all platforms. People keep bringing up that Sony "cultivates" their studios and had long relationships with the ones they bought. Doesn't the same hold true for MS and Bethesda? You can't look at it with blue colored glasses. Be rational and stop being one sided to fit your narrative. As I have said before, consoles are not a religion. And Sony will be just fine after MS buys Activision. Sony has become arrogant just like they did with their overpriced electronics. They have done everything they could to try to destroy the competition. This time, they picked the wrong fight with a larger and more diversified company who has the funds to compete and a company that has grown tired of the Sony's underhanded anti-competitive tactics.

Sony is in this position for one reason, arrogance, just like their overpriced tvs. They have done everything to kill the competition with exclusive deals, money hatting, paying for games to not be on game pass, buying up studios (oh yeah right, they nurture their studios.) Time for the religion to wake up. Sony messed with the wrong company with more resources and money that is more diversified and stronger financially. Poor Jimbo.

The staying power of Mario Kart 8. Wow! I have played about 30 hours of TOTK and I am just so overwhelmed by it's scope. Needed a break. Playing Dark Souls 2 now.
