@Notoriousmakavel elden ring wasn't abit too much like dark souls though because they slapped it into an open world maybe this wouldve reviewed higher if they'd have done that 😂

@dschons I'm playing it now the graphics look great for the most part I really don't like the dodge mechanic though feels like it's really hit or miss on weather he'll actually dodge or not when you move the stick

Another 10gb patch just dropped (could call it the day one patch since it's the day of release lol) maybe that will fix any frame rate issuea regardless I'm looking forward to playing it later they didn't charge £70 for it like EA with dead space remake either which I appreciate

I very much doubt this is true the game was funded by Nintendo & specifically designed for the switch they allowed it to go to pc later on but to other consoles is extremely unlikely

The ps5 compression hasn't really impressed me so far I've got horizon forbidden west , god of war Ragnarok , gran turismo 7 , doom eternal , hitman 3 & they're all still big file sizes That kraken isnt all its kracked up to be

'Our only concern is that Crisis Core newcomers won't be able to get past the title's still shockingly awkward writing and character interactions' , isn't that true of all final fantasy games lol

@JohntheRaptor which is the better game is subjective Ragnarok is the better game for me because I've absolutely no interest in elden ring , if we go by visuals / performance Ragnarok is better , if we go for story Ragnarok is also better I can't say which is better gameplay wise

@Green-Bandit I like some marvel stuff like Spider-man & the hulk but I'm not big on others like guardians of the galaxy & black panther & really not a fan of the MCU shared universe , I don't believe hellblade will be next year after the announcement of it & that CGI trailer (they said it was gameplay but I'm not convinced) I feel like it's still atleast 18 months away

If they do it & modders find a way to circumvent the always online connection so you can play it offline then sony / polyphony digital better patch in offline mode on the playstation version

I had one where there was a floating boat , one where the AI didn't follow me & just stood there & one when switching weapons in the menu kratos would be empty handed or holding the wrong weapon , nothing major though

Still excited for the game but man alot of this season pass stuff is ridiculous something I'd expect of a company like EA , Activision & square enix etc but a new publisher & their first game ? Wow way to show consumers where your priorities are

A truly remarkable game well deserved can tell the devs put alot of passion into this

@carlos82 I'm just saying Microsoft have just bought that publisher with those IPs & could create more but are dead set on buying another huge publisher with very well established IPs at what point will Microsoft decide they have enough studios & IPs to start making their own games lol
