Re: Rumour: Ubisoft Is Going All-In on Assassin's Creed with Black Flag Remake, Another Remake, Co-op Multiplayer Games, and More

Ha! I can see it... Ubi, out of new profitable ideas and not brave enough to do something out of the mainstream, has decided to remake a game with good sales. So the remake of Black Sail will have a proper season pass, DLCs for waves, wind, and so on. Needless to say, the game will cost about 100€ since it will surely be a AAAAA.
I completely lost all faith in this company, they forced me to...

@LifeGirl If you observe how triple AAA projects have been performing lately, and then you do so with indie and independent games such as "Baldur's Gate, Helldivers2, PalmWorld, and many others; you will come to the same conclusion. Triple AAA games are dying due to the disproportionate ambition of those investors who don't know anything about games, much less have any passion for them.
Triple A games have become a soulless generic product. You still have the GoWs, Horizons, and so on, but when it comes to multiplayer they lack personality, ambition, and risk-taking. And what's more, those games are the ones costing 70€... little more to say!

What is wrong with these people? Haven't they been taught the values that represent the foundations of SuperEarth's managed democracy? Whatever can we do to stop this madness? Is our free way of life doomed?
F.......'em all!! Let them play together, let them get one trillion samples, let them unlock every perk, and then once they have finished ruining their experience, not ours, let them go elsewhere to keep on doing whatever they do.
They do not stand for democracy, they do not represent SuperEarth.

Re: More Overwatch 2 Controversy Over Passive Healing for More Heroes

As a vocational support, I think this will ruin part of the experience.
A good team should be as follows; a tank receiving damage and causing damage all over the place. DPSs focusing firstly on enemy supports and then on enemy DPSs, and, of course, the support couple healing everybody but especially the tank.
I don't think it's that hard.
But as somebody mentioned above, it seems as if the developers wanted to ruin the game. Take away the infamous loot boxes to bring in an ever more infamous battlepass. Then take away the "after-game stats" because some "paper-skinned softie" might get offended. Switch from 6vs6 to 5vs5, change Orisa so nobody uses shielded combat...
The game still kicks ass, but the question arises; for how long??

anyway....

Re: PS Plus Essential Games for December 2023 Announced

Really?! I mean, REALLY? Bought a PS5 with tons of manyflops, dualsense which vibrates in a thousand ways so that you can feel the slightest change on the ground, 4k, supermegatupper sound, only to play a kartcher simulator... C'mon now!!
I see many comments saying that it's not so bad, I don't believe my eyes!
Yeah, I don't expect AAA games every month, but at least something that doesn't feel as if they were laughing at our faces.
Anyway... It might be just my total disappointment speaking, Lego driving may well be fun, and Sable could be one of those little hidden jewels, but the Karcher Sim just got me going! ;p

Re: Poll: Are You Sold on PlayStation Portal?

Having played PS5 games on a big tablet with the original DualSense, it's hard for me to think on a scenario in which I would spend 200+€ on a smaller device. It looks really good, it will surely be quite convinient to play on it. But again, I can achive the very same thing with a tablet (smartphone) and the DualSense.
