Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 418

Strangers of Paradise and Ghost of Tsushima directors cut. Loving both of them. Still on the fence of getting Elden ring. I tried sekiro but that one didn't work for me. But the stories from more casual players who are playing it now makes me doubt again if I shouldn't pick it up after all. I'll wait a bit anyways since ghost wire Tokyo and the dlc for lost judgment will come next week. So maybe after that

Re: Poll: Will You Buy Hogwarts Legacy?

I'm not a fan of Harry Potter. But this game has me excited. It looks exactly like the type of game I like to play. So yes please I'll take it. To bad no specific date yet. Holiday sounds so vague

Re: RGG Studio Has 'A Lot' of Unannounced Games in Development Alongside Yakuza 8

Their games are like Rollercoaster of emotions. Stories are mostly super serious but there is also lot of fun and humour in it. Nothing beats doing karaoke into hitting some bad guy with a billboard to play darts and run some hostess club or whatever. The side stuff in these games is very diverse and keep you engaged. Ever since I discovered rgg games they became my favorite studio

Re: UK Sales Charts: 80% of Elden Ring's Boxed Sales on PS5, PS4

@Th3solution I don't really think it's the xbox crowd waiting for it to come to gamepass. Until now none of the fromsoft games have come to gamepass so how high is the chance it will come now. if i look at myself (i play most multiplats on my xbox) i never wait until a game is on gamepass. If i like the game ill buy it.
Xbox users generally seem to care less about "game ownership"/reselling of games, especially since most embrace the gamepass system. I think people on xbox (at least the people i know) prefer digital over physical. And since xbox doesnt report digital sales, these numbers dont say much

Re: Horizon Forbidden West PS5, PS4 Could Be Getting DLC Expansions

Lavalera

Nothing wrong with a dlc as long as it's done right. A lot of dlc nowadays is nothing more than an ordinary cash grab. 5 hours of extra story for 30€ or something like that is ridiculous. If you do it like mmos do or ac valhalla (whether you like the game or not there was a lot of extra content with the season pass and if you love it well worth it) then it's fine by me.

Thanks for the review! I'm trying to get more into the JRPG type of games but its tough to see which game i will like or might be a bit too much for me atm, since the list is so large of potential interesting games. This game i already marked down as possible buy and the review puts it higher on my list. I think ill buy it eventually, but probably doing part 1 first

Re: Round Up: Elden Ring PS5, PS4 Reviews Crown One of the Best Games of All Time

@UltimateOtaku91 That problem is easily solved. But yeah fromsoft and the die hard fans don't want that. Its called adding accesibility features or an "easy mode". I know a lot of people, including me, who love the aesthetic of this game, are a fan of open world action games, but don't want to spend time dying over and over again, would buy this game if an easy mode was added on top of the "normal" difficulty
