Looks fantastic. Loved Mirrors Edge, got the plat for both, it just clicked with me.

Every clip I see of this game is just driving in a straight line across a hill, or driving on a slightly curved road by yourself. I will have to look at some gameplay vids.

I got the Platinum on Minecraft so I will have a break from that and spend some more time with Veilguard. I think it’s pretty good, and apart from a few mis-steps, doesn’t deserve all the negativity it was getting.

Also started It’s Takes Two with my son, it’s great!

Isn’t Hogwarts coming onto Plus tomorrow? I assume we’ll see it drop down the charts a bit because of that.

This art style makes it look like a cheap shovelware F2P shooter. Not impressed.

I don’t ever get to really see it. Welcome page is full of widgets and every other icon has its own background. Kind of pointless.

When the frame rate is even stuttering in the trailer then that doesn’t bode well.

Reminds of Bushido Blade back on the PS1, one hit kills as well if you got the strike right. Made for some tense battles.

Nostalgia is the main point of the games, it certainly isn’t the gameplay. Why change the music when that was such a big part of it?

One way to make a good adaptation is to have someone running it who has never played the game. What are they thinking??

I don’t think SOCOM is well known enough to sell well no matter how good it might be, and quite a different style to Outriders and Gears. Killzone still has the pull of a well known series and is more that style, so I am betting on that.

I’ve been playing Atlas Fallen: Reign of Sand. While not an AAA title, it is fun and good to pass the time. Some of the vistas in the world are incredible looking and really interesting.

Enjoyed the new levels. Some more challenging than others. But a great bonus to just go back to and have a final few polished levels to play and bots to collect.

UFC and Prince of Persia, 2 more games on my wish list! Great month.

Haven’t played the series for several years now. Not a single idea how the gameplay is from this review.

Finishing off Jedi Survivor which I’ve really enjoyed. Put me in the mood to rewatch some of the films as well.

Great game but the missions were too long with no reward if you failed. Never found myself with enough time to play it and I got frustrated with minimal progress.

Any new updates with shorter game modes and I’d be back on it!

Oh wow I got the Platinum on this and really liked it, but after I completely forgot it existed.

Love it! My DM has already woven Shadowheart, Karlach and Gale into our 5+ years ongoing 5e game as cameo NPCs, so good to see them recognised as official canon. Testament to how well realised they are.

The first one was excellent. I will be picking this up day one! Really interesting building mechanics.

Huge fan of the first one. It’s a really great mix of gameplay styles.

That is a real shame as the Shadow games were great and I fear this is the end for that series with no hope of any more. Generally speaking I don't think a Wonder Woman game was high up on anyone’s wish list though.

@ChrisDeku Marvel and comics are famous for having heroes with alliterative names - Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Steven Strange, Matt Murdock, Bruce Banner, Scott Summers, Curt Connors, Otto Octavius, Wade Wilson - the list is massive. It stems from Stan Lee wanting easy to remember names for the vastly increased roster of Marvel heroes they were creating in the 60s and carried on from there.

Smashing things in Wreckfest which I just got the Plat for. Otherwise probably finish High on Life and finally start Death Stranding again.

But I do prefer a crafted storyline. I think they’d do better leaving the actual choices to something ‘more’ RPG like BG3 and focus more on gameplay and a more directed storyline.

If it was really good and they believed in it, then I don’t understand why they couldn’t upscale to meet the demand for it, so as an excuse that doesn’t fly with me.

Thought I’d try High on Life, glad I did! I’ll be playing that this weekend. I didn’t think I would like it based on the type of humour, but it plays really well and is actually pretty funny for that type of style. Worth a go if you’re on the fence.

I got it through the PS5 collection, so I’d definitely pay a tenner for an upgrade. But a hard no to a full price one.

I work in SaaS, you’d be surprised how often 1 expiring certificate in 1 place can cause a massive problem everywhere.

5 extra days is functionally useless. I stack my subs and have had it running for years, so it just means I’ll get an extra 5 days at the end of it, whenever that may be, years in the future.

It was down for a day for me, which realistically cost me 33p. A comp for 5 days is worth £1.65.

But again I’m not realistically ever seeing that comp come back as it’s just pushed to end of my contract, which is years down the line and so practically I’m not ever going to see it.

Was it a hardship for me to not play something online for a day? No.
Was it a hardship to see my son upset because he couldn’t play Fortnite with his friends? Yes.
Is a fundamentally useless comp worth seeing him upset? No.

I am a double dipper! I played it on release on PS3 and bought and played it again last year on PS5.

Dedicated PS Mouse and PS Keyboard attachment with haptics in it. Doesn’t need to be a full keyboard with all the Function keys etc, just the basics. Allow it for certain games that benefit it like RTS etc. Port a load of popular PC Games.

Make a new Astro Bot title that utilises all the new functionality.
