@Samholy Gameplay wise its not that bad (though I have only played KH 3D). The rest (story, characters, etc.) makes the game unbearable for me.

I first played this game when I was 7 or 8. And needless to say Castlevania SOTN is one of my favorite games of all time.

@Omega If you really want to get this game, you can get it in the PSN store or Xbox Live Arcade for $10.

At first I thought they were going to add an actual multiplayer game mode (like TDM or something), but this sounds even better. Talk about increasing the replay value of this game.

Please let this be true. The Hitman series is a wonderful series and it truly deserves an HD collection. I mean, Devil May Cry, Metal Gear, and Hitman got a collection bundle for the PS2 and with DMC and MG getting an HD bundle, its only fair that Hitman gets one too.

Although, that hideous box art does not look too promising.

Well, it's official, Castlevania is no longer what it used to be (storywise). Fortunately the gameplay is similar to, if not exactly the same as, Lament of Innocence, which was a great game. But as a devoted Castlevania fan, I must accept this new Castlevania storyline.

Also, I just realized, the guy with the white hair at the end could be Alucard. Or Hector... I hope it's the latter.

Well, I have absolutely no idea what this could mean other than these women are assassins sent by the ICA to eliminate Agent 47, or maybe not. We will just have to wait and see.

I just hope Rayman Legends will be available for PS3.

@DrCruse I hope so. Well, they have Parappa the Rappa, so I have high hopes that he will appear.

@nathanuc1988 You thought Dark Souls was harder? Most people I've talked to say Demon's Souls was a lot harder than Dark Souls. And after watching my friend play it, I would have to agree.

This minigame looks awesome. Hopefully, it is as good as it looks. Not like it would matter much to me anyway, it's still going to be awesome to play another Hitman game again.

Ah, this brings back memories. I really miss first-person shooters that were fast paced (Call of Duty is not fast paced, you just die really fast). Hopefully, they will add Timesplitters. Hopefully.

Budokai Tenkaichi 2 was easily one of the most broken fighting games there is. However, it was really fun and I'll be sure to pick this up if it does come out.

This is a day 1 download for me. Once I saw the first teaser trailer for this game, I knew I was going to buy it no matter what. My number 1 favorite video game series.

Unfortunately, you can't get the codes until after May 10 (the day IO would officially announce this). I can't wait though, as I am sure this is the closest the public will get to a Hitman Absolution demo.

Hitman Absolution will be at E3? Hopefully they will finally announce a release date, but then again, it is Square Enix

I can deal without backwards capability, but no used games is unforgivable. This is gonna suck for all the PS fans that are strapped for cash (like myself). I really don't want to look for another system to play because if the Xbox 720 rumors (apparently it has no disk drive) are true then the only other option is the Wii U

My #1 PS3 game would either be Demon's Souls (I still can't believe that made the list) or LBP2, but that should change once Hitman: Absolution comes out.

I still don't get these Resident evil fans. They complain when the controls are "bad" and they complain when they add action and cinematic flair. Sure the originals were probably the best Resident Evil games, but the new ones are not that bad.

I've said it many times before but this just proves it, a platformer is not a true platformer until it has a racing game. Btw, will content from this game work on LBP 2, such as costumes, materials, etc., and vice versa?

I have no problem with DLC, as long as it adds something to the game then I'm fine with it. Just as long as it is not overpriced and/or on-disc DLC. Seriously, someone should do something about on-disc DLC.

Every time I read this explanation from Capcom, it just feels like they are insulting my intelligence. Why didn't they just leave the content on the disc, available, from the start and then everyone will be able to enjoy the content. But that's Capcom for you, the company that takes it's loyal fans for granted.

I really hope it is a new Timesplitters because no FPS has truly satisfied since the last Timesplitters.

Whoa, a 7? Wasn't expecting that, but a great review either way.
By the way, did James just say that Capcom vs SNK didn't satisfy? I've never played the first CvS but the second one was amazing. I thought everything flowed pretty well, the characters felt exactly how they did in (or similar to) their original games, and had six different special meter options, even one that let you parry.

This comes as no surprise to me. After releasing the Jak & Daxter HD collection, it was only a matter of time before they did a Ratchet & Clank one. I'm still hoping for a Hitman HD collection though.
